Great place to stay

We enjoyed this space. Location was great, and things to do in the area was nice too. The pool and hot tub was an added bonus.

Great place for 3 families to enjoy a summer weekend in Steamboat

The condo layout and amenities were great and easily accommodated our group of 11. The kids enjoyed lots of pool time and proximity to the base, groceries and bus route is a big plus.

A great Steamboat stay

Excellent rental in Steamboat. Spacious, great amenities and great location. We had 3 families stay for the weekend and everyone felt is was a great layout for our big group. Comfortable beds, fans to bring in the cool mountain air, and a kitchen setup for cooking meals made our stay perfect.

Ski January 2024

Great place that was close to lifts, resturants, and a little grocery, all with in walking distance.

Thanksgiving in Steamboat

Wonderful that we could walk to gondola with 4 kids under 10. Hot tub and pool were nice. Carpet had some stains. Overall great experience.

I LOVE YOUR KITCHEN!

Great location! We were there for Run Rabbit Run! Our racers were very thankful for the close proximity to the start line! The kids in our group loved the pool! We had a BBQ poolside! And of course the kitchen! It just had a great flow and the sink is gorgeous! Joy has done an amazing job and is amazing! Thank you!

Excellent location, good condo

This is a typical ski condo. Excellent location. Property in good condition. Large master bedroom and three other bedrooms + three bathrooms. One large room has the kitchen, dining area and living room. Underground parking. Surprised to find the toaster, microwave and master window blinds needing repairs but would stay here again.

Fun week in Steamboat

You can’t beat the location. My family and I (4 adults and two kids) all stayed for here for the week. While the condo was spacious enough and well appointed to fulfill all of our needs, the building and condo interior could use some updating. It was a bit stale inside which required us to keep the windows open all the time for the cross breeze. Fortunately the weather was warm enough to do so (unfortunately the downstairs neighbors in 104 were smoking and which caused us to close the windows back up!) The communal pool and hot tub were totally fine and well maintained but no frills.

This property offers an unbeatable location and spacious accommodations, making it a great fit for families and groups. The condo is thoughtfully stocked with everything guests may need for a comfortable stay, and while some aspects may reflect the building’s age, we continue to make updates to ensure a welcoming and functional space. We appreciate guests keeping in mind that certain elements, such as the actions of other residents in nearby units, are outside of our direct control. That said, we're always happy to assist in any way we can to ensure a pleasant experience. The on-site pool and hot tub are maintained by the community and offer a great way to unwind after a day of adventure. We look forward to hosting future guests and helping create a memorable stay!

We left after one night

We moved out after one night. Pictures don’t tell the story. The place is in disrepair. We have many pictures to prove it. The smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night. Carpet stained and dirty. An outrageous price for location. We moved to a beautiful condo for less at Torian Plum. Vacasa was terrific.

The rental is cleaned professionally after each stay. The disrepair described was a stained coffee pot and a cabinet that the guest was warned about before their stay and was fixed within 2 hours of checking in as communicated to the guest. When reserving rentals, we try to plan for everything, but sometimes a malfunctioning fire alarm may happen. The batteries were replaced and we have a schedule to check the alarm to make sure this does not happen again. The guest reached out to us to let us know their concerns using our 24/7 guest services number and our highly trained staff was able to fix all the minor issues within 24 hours so the guest could enjoy their stay. The location is a perfect spot for guests to enjoy the slopes or a quick walk to one of the restaurants near the gondola. We encourage any guests to call us as soon as they find anything that concerns them. We hope guests with any concerns before booking message us to discuss further so this property can be loved by all who enter.

The property is in a great location,was very clean, and spacious. Property management was quick to respond but that may be the only short fall. We were in town for a soccer tournament and requested just and extra 30 minutes to an hour for a check out which they were unable to provide. Which I understand but in review of my prior stays they could have discovered several reviews and we treat these rentals like our own. The extra little rush for a lost 30 minutes of lost cleaning time was a lost opportunity to provide unparalleled hospitality. We had a 8 am championship game that went into overtime and PKs for the final win for our team. The quick PT shower before the long ride home would have left a lasting impression. Perhaps a quick read of Unreasonable Hospitality would add some perspective. Overall a great property and exceptional value for the location.

Fantastic location and wonderfully equipped

This condo is great! Very short, easy walk to the slopes (maybe 200 yards). We came back to the condo for lunch daily. This was the most well equipped Vrbo we’ve ever stayed in. The full kitchen has everything you need to cook for an army of hungry skiers. There was plenty of toilet paper, dish detergent, cleaning supplies, bath and pool towels, etc for our entire stay. Additionally there were tons of spices for cooking which was great. Laundry is down two flights of stairs and costs $1.75 for a load. You can get quarters at the front desk. The hot tub was fantastic after a long day on the slopes. Joy was very responsive whenever we had a question. We did not rent a car and did not need one. We used the free bus to go downtown and to the grocery store (instant cart doesn’t work in Steamboat- your groceries will never be delivered). This is a wonderful condo and I would definitely stay here again!
