Located on the Rio Grande! But set up and some woods off the shore for privacy.

Fishing Buddies Weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was exactas described. Great location. The check-in was easy, the local manager, Heidi, was exceptionally helpful.

The property was excellent with the exception of the tub in the main floor bathroom and the mold on the ceiling in there as well. There were cob webs on the ceiling and some spiders in the house. It looks to be a water leak in the ceiling in the living room which is causing mold there as well. The master bed was very comfortable, and the outdoor space with the river was great. It was a great spot to come and go with our UTV. It looks to be new carpet on the stairs and upstairs, and that was really nice!

Excellent communication. Family friendly log cabin with private access to Rio Grande River down an incline. Entry is a good unpaved road and private drive. Home is located down a steep hill with ample parking and also parking for your atv trailer at top of hill before getting to house. Two small steps to enter cabin, 2 bedrooms on bottom floor with a full bathroom, nice large kitchen and table with open concept into living room. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms one with a queen and an adjacent room with 3 twin beds which is perfect for kids (low ceiling) full bathroom upstairs. Nice and quiet with lots of trees and views of the Rio with nice porches around home. This is an older home but is nice and we enjoyed our stay.About 10 minutes from Creede
