John, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We value guest input and feedback to better serve you and future guests. We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay and look forward to the opportunity to host you again next summer. The owners are diligently working to update the cabin but can only do it in segments. Last year, they replaced the floors on the lower and central levels. The owners upgraded all of the mattresses and frames to all of the beds, upgraded all of the linens and towels, and got the furniture reupholstered. This winter, they plan to tackle the bathrooms, and I will recommend painting the lower level as well. They have been working to prioritize and improve the cabin. I will happily share your feedback and recommendations. Again, I am so glad your overall stay was enjoyable, and we do look forward to hosting you again next year.
