This Arimo building boasts one delightful open bedroom featuring a king bed and a sofa bed. Guests can relax in the awesome living room, which offers two additional sofa beds for extra comfort. The single bathroom is perfect for freshening up after a day of exploring. Whether you’re unwinding or spending time with loved ones, this enchanting space provides a cozy and inviting atmosphere. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our building.
Built in 1937, this once-busy service station sat at the center of a thriving small town until the highway was rerouted just years later leaving it abandoned for decades.
In 2025, we saw its potential. With a vision to restore its charm, we’re transforming it into a cozy Airbnb—offering locals a place for visiting family and guests.
Set in a quiet town near hot pools, swimming areas, and a popular ski spot, this forgotten building is becoming a place for comfort, connection, and new memories.

This was a fun place to stay . Was very accommodating with sleeping arrangements . The bedding was very comfortable . We loved the pool table The only complaint we had was the sun was very bright in the mornings . Maybe some window coverings in the front kitchen area would help . And it was further out of Lava hot springs than we anticipated .

LOTS OF BUGS!!!! there are bugs all over the place, me and my husband went for a little weekend getaway to go to lava hot springs and this place was advertised as shown but with a lot of surprises. bugs were everywhere!!! in the bed on the ground in the couches anything from spiders to bed bugs to earwigs you name it and we had to deal w it. checked in at around 4pm that day and had to leave at 1:30 in the morning that night!! once we pulled back the covers and saw all the bugs it was over!! there were a few bugs around which is to be expected due to some rain but when u cannot even sleep in the place is when it gets to be ridiculous, BE AWARE when u stay here that it might be fine and look cute but the bugs are unbearable and u will find them everywhere!! the owner told me that its normal to have bugs and that she cleans everything herself which is totally unacceptable to say once all the photos were sent in, there was no excuse for that.

This place was great for or family including 4 teens while in the area. The bed was so comfy. The area was quiet and safe.

Had a great stay here. The place was clean and comfortable and made for a fun, unique atmosphere. The pull out sofa beds probably wouldn’t work very well for an adult but they worked fine for our kids. We had fun at the pickleball courts next door. The hosts are great. Looking forward to staying here again!

The owners were super helpful and willing to make adjustments on the fly as my plans changed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
