The Location
This modern and harmoniously furnished north-facing apartment is located on the 3rd floor. The vacation complex’s expansive grounds border the dike directly to the northeast; the other sides are surrounded by the waterway of an idyllic canal. The North Sea and the sandy beach are just 200 m away. You can easily reach a variety of shopping options, cozy cafés, and restaurants on foot or by bike. The water ski lift in Hooksiel, with its sunny terrace right on the water, offers a welcome change of pace.
Tip for families: A guided mudflat hike is an unforgettable experience—walking barefoot through the mudflats, breathing in the fresh North Sea air, and having lots of fun.


Amenities This tastefully decorated, non-smoking apartment features free Wi-Fi and offers an ultra-modern, fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, toaster, coffee pad machine, electric kettle, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. The apartment features two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and the other with a bunk bed (0.90 m x 2.00 m). The bunk bed includes a pull-out third bed, which is ideal for an additional child. The bedroom with the double bed has its own flat-screen TV. A crib and a high chair can be booked for an additional fee upon request.
You can enjoy views of the North Sea from the spacious, north-facing balcony as early as breakfast; the view and the expansive scenery are a real highlight.
