While we operate with a hands-off, self-check-in approach, we live nearby and are always just a quick message away through the app or text message if you have any questions, need a local recommendation, or require assistance with anything during your time in Auburn. Hassle-Free Parking: Guests have use of the attached garage for one vehicle. If you are traveling with additional vehicles, they can easily fit in the private driveway directly in front of the garage or on the street in front of the unit. Please avoid parking on the grass, blocking the sidewalk, or parking on the other half of the duplex's driveway.

Quiet Hours: To remain excellent neighbors in our quiet community, we observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We ask that you keep noise to a minimum during these times.

Home Safety Features: For your peace of mind and protection, this home is equipped with a smart lock keypad for secure entry, exterior safety cameras monitoring the driveway/entryways, and fully updated smoke detectors and fire extinguisher. No cameras are placed inside the private living spaces.
