Nestled in Hamilton, 80 foot full lake front view of Muskrat Bay facing West for beautiful sunsets on the open dock or screened in deck. Walk out onto the 2 feet of shallow soft and sandy beach at the shore line, grab a raft and float. After a day of playing on the water, you can play basketball, Frisbee, or walk around the park just outside your front door. This wonderful single open floor plan house offers a cozy retreat for guests to relax and enjoy some coffee as the lake comes alive. Sleeps 6 easily, with two bedrooms featuring a large master with king bed, a second bedroom with a full bed and a pull out couch with a full mattress. It’s perfect for families or small groups. The heating and AC keeps the space comfortable year-round.
Spend your days swimming right from the private dock (owner shared, with their boat kept on one side), and your evenings soaking in the views from the spacious deck or relaxing in the screened-in porch in our detached garage. We do allow boats that can be tied up on the other side of the dock! Please make sure to bring your own reinforcements for your boat, we are not liable for any damage. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this fantastic home provides a welcoming base. You’re sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place!
