Enjoy your vacation in this bright and modern vacation apartment that sleeps up to 6 people. The Baltic Sea is just a few steps away. The walk there is worth it not only for the fresh sea breeze—our guests also have access to a free beach chair on Kellenhusen Beach. The vacation apartment also offers guests Wi-Fi access.

Furnished in a country house style and fully equipped, the vacation apartment is located in the part of the house—built in 2014—that faces away from the street, right in the heart of town.


In the living room, a cozy couch (with a sleeper function), along with an armchair, coffee table, and TV, invites you to relax. Board games for family fun are available for your use. The dining area and kitchen are open-concept. From here, you also have access to the sunny patio with patio furniture.

An electric fireplace has been providing extra coziness since 2024.

The separate master bedroom features a double bed (approx. 180 x 200 cm), nightstands with reading lamps, a TV, and a wardrobe.

The children’s room is equipped with two single beds (approx. 90 x 200 cm), reading lamps, a CD stereo system, and a wardrobe with a large mirror. Both bedrooms have blackout blinds.


The bathroom, featuring underfloor heating and a towel warmer, has a spacious shower, a toilet, a built-in bathroom radio, and an exterior window.
There is a coat rack in the hallway.
The individual rooms are fitted with warm-to-the-foot wood-look vinyl flooring; the hallway and bathroom are tiled.

You can store your bicycles in a separate, lockable storage room on the first floor.

A high chair and a travel crib are available for young guests. In the basement, you’ll find a washing machine and dryer available for your use.

(To use the washing machine and dryer, you must flip the corresponding (marked) circuit breaker in the apartment.)

The vacation rental also includes a free parking space, No. 3.

Note: In 2025, there will still be a construction site in the neighborhood, which may occasionally cause construction noise.

The following rules apply to bookings for this property:

Free cancellation is possible up to 60 days before arrival.
For cancellations made between 59 and 40 days before arrival, 40% of the room rate plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
For cancellations made between 39 and 28 days prior to arrival, 60% of the accommodation price plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
For cancellations made 27 days or more before arrival, 90% of the accommodation price plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
