Step inside this clean three bedroom A-Frame and feel instantly at ease. The space is designed for comfort, relaxation, and enjoyment for the whole group.

Main level:
Cozy living room with 12ft accordion door and walk out deck lounge with gas fire pit and barbeque grill.
Fully stocked kitchen with luxury coffee set up and unique appliances including: pasta maker, ninja creamy, air fryer, and chocolate fondue pot adjacent to the cozy dining room.
Main level bedroom with king bed and tv, plus main level bathroom.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Primary Bedroom (main level): Easy accessible with a king bed, Tv, large mirror, and luggage racks.
Upper Bedrooms (2nd Story): Two charming A-Frame style bedrooms, each featuring a king bed with night stands and luggage rack.

Entertainment and wellness spaces:
Main level living room has a shelf of books, games, and yoga mats/blocks.
Indoor/Outdoor living room with walk out deck and accordion door. Deck features outdoor furniture with gas fireplace, grill, and hanging egg chair.
Wellness deck just steps away is equipped with a hot tub and barrel sauna, step away into the woods to find a private hammock.
Upstairs level features a dedicated movie room with 75” TV, workspace, and small kids room with toys and books for the little ones.

For Families:
We provide a Pack ‘n Play and High Chair for your stay.

For Pets:
We provide a large dog bed, bowls, and throws for the furniture/beds, as well as dog bags and a kennel.

Guest will have full and private access to the entire home, outdoor amenities, deck space, and parking area, as well as the wooded yard around the home.

Key access features include:
Free parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway.
Private entrance with unique access code.

We respect our guests' privacy and aim to provide a seamless, independent stay. While we will not be present at the property during your visit, we are readily available via the app or phone.

Home is located in the Spring Valley HOA just north of Divide, Co.

From hwy 24, head north from the main intersection in Divide on N Manchester Creek Road. In .5 miles continue straight on N Manchester Creek Road when the road splits. 3 miles later make a right onto Omer Rd, this is a dirt road. Continue right onto Lake Dr W and follow the road down the hill for .5 more miles. Our home will be on the left. Note that we have a shared driveway. Make sure to follow the driveway up to the left.
