Perrine Garden Apartment is a cozy and family friendly apartment with mountain feel furniture equipped for up to 5 people. It is close to Alpine Express cable car and the Meeting Point for ski courses. The flat is located on the ground floor with a large garden and mountain views to the south and west side. Perrine Garden has a master bedroom with a queen size bed and a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. It provides a shower/wc room with sink and hairdryer. The living room features an open plan kitchen with dining table and living area with a smart flatscreen TV. Free WiFi is provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, stove, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, cheese fondue and raclette set. The apartment has large windows in both living room and master bedroom, allowing the parents to watch over the kids playing in the garden. The large garden area has a garden table with chairs and a wooden bench. The Alpine Express cable car is within 100 meters walking distance from House Perrine. The ski storage room is at the same level of the apartment next to the elevator. The laundry room with the washer and dryer is also available in the building. The Perrine Garden Apartment is perfect for a small family up to 5 people. It is non-smoking and no pets are permitted. For all bookings during summer season; ALL the cables cars and buses in Saas Fee, Saas Almagell and Saas Grund are included in the rental rate (Excludes Metro Alpin and summer skiing). Tourist taxes are NOT included in rate: CHF 4.50/2.25 per Adult/Child per night in winter season CHF 7.00/3.50 per Adult/Child per night in summer season Tourist taxes are to be paid on arrival in cash only!
