Very clean and nice property. Perfect for families with separate level bedrooms. Grocery store is conveniently close. Great location for activities on the north side of the island.

Overall, really great condo. Big space, well stocked kitchen for making meals, and good air conditioning. The only downside was the bottom bedroom could have used a good cleaning on the carpet closer to the walls. We found a large dead cockroach and a few smaller dead bugs near the walls. Not many. And better dead than alive—we realize bugs are a very normal part of Kauai. But we were a bit surprised they hadn’t been picked up by the cleaning crew before arrival.

Beautifully appointed condo in upscale neighborhood. The pool was in need of maintenance - cloudy water. After calling Vacasa the problem was addressed but it took a few days to clear up. Weather was cool enough to leave the a/c off for our entire stay.

This is a very comfortable property with every amenity we could think to want. The two king suites are spacious and private from each other, the office with pullout sofa is adequate and has its own bathroom. Three AC units in the unit left us comfortable when we wished to use it, and there are ceiling fans throughout. The views are better than the pictures represent. A very nice and peaceful stay here. We were linked to Vacasa for rental management which I was uncertain about initially, but the property was in such lovely condition it became a non-issue. Everything was immaculate and working.

Excellent accommodations and location

The unit was immaculate and had all the beach toys and equipment you need. Grocery shopping and great restaurants were very close and plenty of space to walk.

Lovely accommodation

Spacious and comfortable, easy access, AC kept us cool for sleeping, fans during the day, good sound separation for working mornings, WiFi spotty

Best property in Villas

We stayed at many of the properties and Villas of kamalii and this one seems to have all the amenities that we need. Very clean plenty of kids toys, and of course good AC.

Wonderful condo!

My family of five really enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. Beautiful, very clean, & well equipped unit. Appreciated the added amenities of snacks, coffee and toiletries. Highly recommend!

Spacious, great for 2 couples

Beautiful condo with spacious rooms, really comfy King beds, and responsive property management who provided everything we needed. Added bonus that the cooking essentials and spices were stocked! Bedrooms were on separate floors that made traveling with another couple perfect.
