A fantastic rental. Very comfortable, a home away from home. The view from the lanei is wonderful, as is the new kitchen. I couldn't recommend it more highly.

This home was so comfortable. The views from deck and yard are dreamy. The hot tub was so nice to have, we ended up using it daily. Property manager was helpful and responsive.

The backyard and the view were spectacular, even better than the photos. Despite being in a housing development, the house, lanai, and yard are very private. Hot tub was high quality and it was amazing to sit in and soak under the stars. Beds were comfortable. Garage had lots of beach gear—very thoughtful. A wonderful stay! My elderly parents loved it as much as we did.

We had a very relaxing stay and enjoyed the home and the hot tub, which was perfectly heated. The deck was a lovely spot to sit outside. The kitchen had everything we needed. Although, I would recommend adding an extra step for easier access in and out of the hot tub. And a new grill, since the grill looked quite rusty inside. The home was located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Overall, it was a nice, relaxing visit!

Hale Pokii was a dream!I had two friends coming to visit from abroad and unfortunately my home is still under construction so I had to find alternate accommodations in a nearby area. I searched around and this home was one of the few in our price range that had 3 beds/3baths giving each of us out own space while still feeling cozy. A bonus was that the kitchen was completely redone and looks beautiful. Upon arrival, it's the view that will take your breath away and lead you straight to the backyard where we spent most of our time while we were home. It's spacious and private, and the jacuzzi is another bonus I highly recommend on a starry night.The location is amazing. You can go for a run near the house with views of the ocean or Princeville's gorgeous landscaping and lakes. You can walk to the 1 hotel for drinks and apps and one of the most amazing sunsets you'll ever experience. And literally every beach worth visiting on the north shore is a max of 20 minutes to either the east or west. Anything you think you might need for a perfect day at the beach is provided, including snorkeling gear. If snorkeling is what you love, this time of year I highly recommend Tunnels, Lumahai, and Anini beach. Each beach is different and picture perfect in their own way. If you have time, also try to go down the Na Pali coast by boat, it's unforgettable. Eating out is also great, but for us, coming home and cooking together was also just as memorable :) Mahalo!

There were lots of bugs and the screens were not tight. Lack of air conditioning should have been noted. House should be opened and aired out a couple hours before our arrival. The first several hours in the house were very hot until we were able to cool it down with the breezes.

Aloha. I am terribly sorry you had to some heat for a couple hours. It is not always possible for our housekeeper to stop by the house on the day of an arrival as she works for other houses as well. In the listing, it shares that our home does not have air conditioning. In fact most homes do not have air conditioning on Kauai. The tradewinds during the time of year when you stayed are usually very strong and fresh. In fact, our home was designed to take advantage of the refreshing tradewinds. I hope you also used our 8,000 cubic feet per minute DC motor ceiling fans as well as the tower fans we have in every room. I hope you enjoyed your stay after the first couple hours. Best Regards.

Wonderful Stay!

We loved this house! Each bedroom was very nice and had it's own bathroom, the yard/patio was fantastic, and the hot tub was so relaxing. I highly recommend staying here.

Great place and location

Great place for our family. Loved the location on the north shore. Stevie was great to work with and definitely recommend staying here. We loved the hot tub after a long hike on the Kalalau trail!

Amazing views!

Cant think of a better place to stay at! The views were absolutely breathtaking. Our family of 6 enjoyed all the space and eating outside in the morning. Really enjoyed the use of the hotub at night as well.

Wonderful home!

Completely recommend this property! It’s very clean and the back deck is absolutely stunning. We spent so much time outside in the various backyard tables and chairs taking in the view (even better than the photos!!) Also a resort within 5 min walking and a beach/pool at 1 Hotel make the area super

Paradise

The property was even more beautiful than the photos. The kitchen was well stocked, not only with culinary tools and dishware, but also spices and condiments. The property is located on a beautiful neighborhood that was perfect for morning walks.

A memorable and joyful time

Four of us greatly enjoyed the home and the stunning surroundings. We definitely would like to come back again. The only suggestion -- please have more toilet paper and paper towels for vacationers who stay a longer period -- 14 days or more.

Perfect location

We loved the location and size of this home. It needs some updating (most notably the carpets), but it was absolutely the right choice for us. The neighborhood is excellent, and the views in the yard are much better in person than in the photos. Communication with property owner and housekeeping were good. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing backyard view

Our family really enjoyed this house especially the backyard view. It was amazing. House was clean and check in process was easy. Host was always available if you had any questions. Overall experience was great!

We have the best time celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. Property is beautiful and well kept. Bedrooms are well separated. Spa was a great extra that we enjoyed! Please remind cleaners to clean off the upper balcony Great stay would recommend it and would come back.

Lovely home

It was so lovely looking out at the gorgeous view of the well landscaped yard with the Na Pali mountains and a bit of Hanalei Bay in the distance. The house was a wonderful respite after a busy day of sightseeing. We all enjoyed star gazing while in the hot tub. We would recommend this home if you're interested in a rental on the North Shore.

Wonderful experience!

This property is five times as beautiful as the pictures would show. Very clean and well appointed. All the rooms were very comfortable. We had six adults in our party and never felt crowded in this beautiful home. Would definitely make this my go to place for my next trip to Kauai! Mahalo, Stevie

An amazing house with a beautiful view!

The house has three large and beautiful bedrooms, a lovely kitchen and dining area, and a cozy living room. The view is spectacular! There are mountains, waterfalls, a canyon full of tropical trees and flowers, and even a view of a portion of Hanalei Bay. We could not have picked a better location for our trip to Kauai!😎

Beautiful view

My husband and I spent 5 days in your home with our friends and had a wonderful time. The house was spacious and well provisioned, and the view was stunning! The bedrooms were situated such that we all had privacy and the common areas gave us a great place to be together. We really appreciated the beach chairs and towels as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. All the way around we had a wonderful experience and would recommend your house to anyone.

We love our home. The view is just breathtaking .... during the day.....watching the waterfalls, the mountains, and Hanalei Bay from the hot tub out back is one of our favorite things to do.... at night or before dawn.... it is a great place to stargaze and watch the sun rise and paint those same mountains amazing colors.

Also... multiple rainbows a day out back are not uncommon.
