Wild black bears are active in the area — keep a safe distance, never feed them, lock vehicles, throw trash only in the designated enclosures

🚫 Pets are allowed with prior notice. We kindly ask that pets remain off all furniture. $150/pet per stay, 2 max each less than 25lbs and house trained

🚭 No smoking within premises or up to 20 ft from it. There is a $1000 additional cleaning fee if there is any smell or evidence of smoking indoors. No events.

🌙 Quiet hours apply — be considerate of neighbors

🔌 The fireplace is an electric fireplace, not a gas fireplace- please be mindful to turn off when leaving the cabin

Guests have access to the entire property and the Pool, Hot Tub, Pavilion, Deck and Sauna and none of it is shared with community/neighbors.

The pet fee of $150 per pet per stay, is a one time, non refundable fee that covers a professional cleaning post check out. However, pet related damages or the need for excessive cleaning, including an unusual amount of pet hair on carpets, bedding or furniture may result in additional charges.

To prevent parties, a noise decibel monitor is installed in the living room.

We provide an initial starter set of household supplies (dishwasher tablets, dishwasher soap, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, laundry tabs). Additional supplies can be purchased at the Publix Supermarket near the Resort.

There is a $1000 additional cleaning charge if there is any smell or evidence of smoking on or within 20 feet of premises. Anyone found breaking these rules will be asked to leave without a refund. Please be responsible if you smoke outside of that zone with the cigarette buds.

The fireplace is an electric fireplace, not a gas one. Please be mindful to turn off when leaving the cabin.

There is a front door camera installed in our cabin for your security.

Guests must comply with all the house rules throughout the stay, including pool, hot tub, smoking, pet, parking, noise and occupancy policies
