The full kitchen is equipped for meals at home with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and toaster, along with an indoor dining area.



The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the remaining two bedrooms each have a queen bed. Three full bathrooms provide added convenience for families and groups.



Outside, spend the day beside the private swimming pool, relax in the landscaped garden, or prepare an easy meal on the outdoor grill. Covered and screened outdoor areas provide additional space to enjoy the tropical surroundings and mountain views.

The location provides a secluded base for experiencing southern Belize and exploring the region’s coastal and inland attractions.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for reaching Morningstar Breeze and exploring the surrounding region. The development is approximately a 30-minute drive from the Hummingbird Highway junction, followed by about 25 minutes on a dirt road. Guests should plan transportation in advance and follow the detailed arrival directions provided before check-in.



Other Things to Note:

- A shared beach club with a swimming pool is approximately a five-minute drive from the home.

- The property is off-grid.

- Internet is provided through a limited data connection suitable for basic browsing but not remote work.

- A 4WD vehicle is recommended during the rainy season from July through November.
