Walk to town for coffee and breakfast at Angel’s Cafe, then spend the day exploring Boston by train, relaxing at Lake Massapoag, or heading to Gillette Stadium for a game or concert. Return home to ping pong or foosball, and evenings around the firepit. Perfect for 10 guests (9 adults max) - 2 large families or groups, with plenty of space to gather, unwind, and make memories together.

This spacious, beautifully updated 4BR/4BA (3 full, 2 half) farmhouse blends clean modern design with genuine small-town charm. Open-concept kitchen and living room means nobody's stuck cooking alone while everyone else has fun – grab a spot at the island, pour a coffee, and the whole group stays connected. With 3 en-suite bedrooms plus a dedicated kids' loft, this layout is built specifically for 2 large families to share a house without ever feeling like you're sharing a house – everyone gets their own space, but the kitchen, living room, basement, and backyard keep you together when it matters.

Tucked into a peaceful, residential corner of Sharon, this is the kind of street where evenings are calm and mornings start slow. It's a short walk into town for coffee and breakfast (or lunch) at Angel's Cafe, and just as easy a walk to the commuter rail station for an express train straight into Boston – no driving, no parking hassle. Lake Massapoag is close by for swimming and kayaking, and Gillette Stadium is just 7 miles away for game days or concerts. Quiet at home, walkable to town, connected to everywhere else.

** Parking & EV Charging **
This home comes with a 3-car garage, and you'll have access to 2 of the 3 bays — plenty of room to keep your vehicles out of the weather. Bay 2 includes an EV charger, so you can plug in overnight and wake up to a full charge. And on rainy or snowy New England days, having covered bays right off the driveway makes loading and unloading (kids, luggage, groceries, you name it) a lot less miserable. Additional parking is available in the driveway.

** Bedrooms Built for Privacy **
Three of the four bedrooms come with their own en-suite bathrooms – no morning hallway traffic, no negotiating shower schedules. Each family or couple gets their own space to settle in and unwind.

** The Kids' Loft **
Tucked over the garage, this is where the kids will want to live. Three twin beds plus a trundle sleep up to 4, with a foosball table and its own seating area and large TV for movie nights. It's a genuine hangout spot, not just a place to sleep – far enough from the main bedrooms for some separation, close enough that everyone's still under one roof.

** Entertainment Basement **
A full lower-level hangout with a ping pong table, comfortable seating, and an entertainment center with a large smart TV. Rainy day backup plan or nightly tournament zone – either way, this space gets used.

** Outdoor Living (May - Nov only)**
Step outside to a patio set up for dining and lounging, a Solo Stove firepit for evenings that run later than planned, and a grill for whoever's on dinner duty. It's the kind of spot where a quick cookout turns into hours of conversation under the stars.

** Open-Concept Main Living Area **
The heart of the home – kitchen and living room flow together so the cook never misses the conversation. Big enough for two families to coexist comfortably, intimate enough that it still feels like one house, not a hotel.

Outdoor recreation is close — Borderland State Park and local conservation land offer hiking, trails and scenic ponds. Quiet residential vibe with pockets of historic character and convenient access to nearby towns (Foxborough, Stoughton, Walpole).

Most visitors use a car for flexibility; local streets are walkable for short errands around town center. MBTA Commuter Rail (Sharon station) on the Providence/Stoughton line is the primary public-transit option — useful for commuting to Boston (South Station) or Providence. Regional buses are limited; rideshare/taxi services operate in the area. Nearest major highways: I-95/Route 128 and I‑93 are within 10–20 minutes by car, providing fast access around Greater Boston.

**HOUSE RULES (aka The Stuff That Keeps Everyone Happy)**
- Quiet hours: 10pm–8am. Your neighbors appreciate you not recreating a music festival at midnight.
- No parties or events – there will be a $250 charge if we have to come break up any party/event.
- Must be 25+ to book (proof of age maybe required).
- Stick to your guest count. Extra surprise visitors = not cool.
- No pets allowed (yes, even the "good ones").
- Adults: stay off the trundles. Those are engineered for tiny humans, not your back problems.
