With a view of the mountains, the flat house Zillertal Arena impresses guests with its fantastic view in a sunny and quiet location in the centre of Zell am Ziller. The 90 m² accommodation consists of a cosy living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and thus offers space for 7 people. It is also equipped with Wi-Fi and cable TV.

The flat has a private balcony where you can relax in the evening while enjoying the panoramic view of the mountains. In the cosy Tyrolean-style lounge area, you can still relax at the end of the evening.

The accommodation is located about 1 km from the Zillertal's largest ski area, the Zillertal Arena. Cafés, restaurants and inns can be reached quickly and easily on foot. A supermarket is 300 metres away, a free ski bus is 50 metres from the accommodation and a sports shop is 200 metres away.

The tourist tax will increase from 1 December 2024 from €1.80 per person per night (aged 15 and over) to €2.60 per person per night (aged 15 and over).

A parking space is available on the property.
