The host Rita is excellent, however her English is limited. The home has no WIFI , which would be fine , if you could use cell data. But cell data service is very poor as well, except for the beach and the road above the steep hill. The whole resort area and private beach is beautiful and very private. The Extra charge for lines and towels is excessive for a rental property. As well as not having toilet paper in each bathroom, paper towels and some kitchen soaps to get your trip started before you can get to the stores. Most importantly , if you are a stranger to the area, the lack of cell service is annoying , as you need to do your planning for food, attractions and directions.

Loved it!

The place was perfect for our daily trips into Tropea. Very clean and the patio area is very large with sun and shade. We went down to the private beach a couple of times a day-just gorgeous. Having our own beach towels was a plus-made good use of them. The owner was very friendly and showed up very promptly to take us to the property. Because it's a gated community, she had to lead us in. The instructions given by Novasol were very easy to follow. We are opening to return again very soon! Loved our time in Parghlia!

Rita, who greets you, speaks only italien - that makes the communikation very difficult.There's no Wi-Fi in the apartment, and there's no cell service either—it wasn't mentioned in the listing, but it's something you should know.The neighbor next door is generally quiet. When he has guests, they sit right next to you, so to speak, and it gets very loud. To the left are several resorts, and you’re bombarded with music from morning till night—including commentary.When we arrived, none of the appliances worked because there were no adapters for the outlets. An electrician eventually came and fixed the problem. That was very annoying.Overall, the apartment is not very thoughtfully furnished. The clothes rack is broken and is hanging over the railing on the terrace.The towels you have to pay for are super thin, already threadbare, and have holes in them. There are no beach towels.The kitchen is missing many utensils that make cooking enjoyable. There’s no kettle, no toaster, no potato peeler, and one of the stovetops is broken. There’s also no coffee maker—just an Italian one that’s barely big enough to make milk coffee for four people. It takes too long.The beach is very beautiful and easy to reach—though it’s not at ground level; there’s a small incline. The beds are comfortable, and everything in the bathroom works.

Villa nel contesto di un parco molto bello, confortevole e pulito; spaiggia cn pochi ospiti e rilassante.La signora Rita è stata gentilissima e presente quando abbiamo avuto bisogno.
