Perfect Location with Amazing Views & Sunset’s

Absolutely Recommend!!. We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful oasis. Very Nice Modern & Spotless Wonderfully responsive kind hosts.

Fantastic view

Great villa with pool overlooking the sea that has a second villa upstairs but spaces separated so we never even saw our neighbors. Very private. Only 15 mins to town Trooea. Loved this place!

The home was clean and well equipped. It was still a little cold to enjoy the pool, but it looked like a great feature for families looking to have their own private area to relax and enjoy the sun. Having two bathrooms was certainly a bonus for even just a couple. My wife likes to have her own space. The kitchen was nice and equipped with a dishwasher. There were plenty of blankets and pillows. The view is the most amazing feature of this property. The secluded nature and security of the villa lends to complete relaxation, having not to worry about anything or anyone interfering with your holiday. Having a washing machine in the house was certainly a great benefit for us, as we were on an extended trip try and travel light, so being able to wash and refresh our clothes was a blessing. The location was very convenient to Tropea and local sites. We hope to return someday to this little slice of paradise.

Stunning Hilltop Views

This amazing home is on a hilltop overlooking the ocean - stunning views of the coastline below, delightful town nearby with butcher shop, fish shop, and wood-fired pizzeria. We enjoyed cooking on the charcoal grill, as well as in the fully furnished kitchen. Rooms were spacious, one bathroom was en suite and the other, with washer, was between the bedrooms. The pool was refreshing, and you can dine either inside or out. We met our friends in Rome and traveled by train to Lamezia, then rented a car, so we could tour the area -lots to see and explore! Our hosts were so charming, we hope to return!

What a beautiful home!! We were 2 couples traveling through Calabria. If we didn’t want to see all the beautiful towns we could have easily sat and enjoyed the amazing view. This home had a well appointed kitchen. 2 full modern bathrooms and 2 modern and comfortable bedrooms. If you’re coming to this part of the world stay here. We were in the down stairs unit. No one was upstairs

Wunderschöne Lage am Hang und toller Blick zum Meer, sehr schöner Garten, toller Pool. Schönes Apartment, gute Ausstattung, liebevolle Einrichtung. Klimaanlage in jedem der 2 Schlafräume. Das Haus besteht aus 2 Apartments, wir hatten das untere mit dem Pool. Leider ist es extrem hellhörig, die Wasserleitungen und Toilettenspülung wahnsinnig laut und funktioniert nicht richtig… Viele Ameisen in den Zimmern. Im Wohnraum keine Fliegengitter und kein Sonnenschutz. Alles in allem aber war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Unfassbar schöne Zeit

Die Villa incanto ist einfach nur schön. Die perfekte Lage mit dem tollsten Blick, dem phantastischen Pool, der gepflegte Garten machen die Zeit absolut unvergesslich und einzigartig. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, die Einrichtung sehr neu und hochwertig. Die Bilder des Inserats täuschen in keinster Weise. Und Maria als gute Fee und Vermieterin jederzeit bei Fragen und Problemen erreichbar. Für uns waren das 2 unglaublich schöne Wochen.

Superbe vue

Appartement conforme aux photos. Superbe vue à 180 degrés et vue plongeante sur la mer. On peut voir le stromboli quand il n y a pas trop de brume. Appartement très confortable. Belle piscine pour jolies photos. L’appartement du dessus était vide quand nous étions là. Nous étions très tranquilles. La ville de Tropea est à moins de 15 minutes en voiture avec beaucoup de restaurants pour y dîner tous les soirs. En période creuse il y a peu de restaurants ouverts à zambrone. Accueil par Maria. Très gentille. Suggestions : donner un plan pour arriver au logement car Google maps ne suffit pas. Prévenir également qu’il faut payer une taxe sur place de 1,5 €/personne/jour et le déposit (payer est normal mais mieux vaut le savoir afib d’avoir la monnaie) Je recommande. En été ce doit être encore plus génial ! Merci

Toller Urlaub in traumhafter Lage

Unser erster Urlaub in Kalabrien und sicherlich nicht der Letzte. Zambrone und vor allem Tropea haben uns unglaublich gut gefallen. Nach 28h Anreise hat uns die Gastgeberin Maria sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Haus ist rund gebaut und besteht aus zwei Wohnungen - quasi eine "oben" mit Terrasse rund um das Haus und eine "unten" mit Grünanlage und Pool. Das Haus war wirklich komplett ausgestattet und es fehlte an Nichts. Selbst Kleinigkeiten wie Shampoo und Ersatzzahnbürsten waren vorhanden. Ein Obstteller stand zur Begrüßung bereit sowie ein 3 Pack Bier. Bei Fragen konnte man Maria via WhatsApp immer erreichen und wenn irgendetwas anstand, wurde sich umgehend darum gekümmert. Alles, wirklich alles war sehr gepflegt und atmosphärisch eingerichtet. Der Ausblick von der Anlage auf die Dörfer, auf's Meer und auf die Stromboli Insel ist atemberaubend. Wir hatten eine unglaublich schöne Zeit und bedanken uns sehr bei unseren Gastgebern*innen Maria und Debora.

Splendido soggiorno a Villa Incanto

La villa è in fantastica posizione. Adatta sia al relax che a poter raggiungere facilmente le vicine splendide spiagge della Calabria. La proprietà è stata molto attenta e premurosa e ci ha fatto davvero molto piacere soggiornare qui.

Heavenly Position

The 180 degree elevated view from the property is ever- changing, encompassing the beautiful Calabrian coast and distant Stromboli volcano. The apartment is tastefully decorated in a seaside theme and is equipped for 4 people to stay comfortably. The outdoor area is yours exclusively with plenty of outdoor furniture, a BBQ and the sparkling swimming pool. WiFi was good but mobile service can be patchy. There is another apartment upstairs with its own garden, those occupants do not have access to your area or the pool. There is parking within a gated area as a car is need to explore...the closest beaches are down the hill at Zambrone, with a 15min drive to charming Tropea. Closest pizzeria is 5 min down the hill. Highly recommend driving down to Reggio Calabria an elegant city with the wonderful Magna Greca Museum. Our stay was enhanced by the excellent communication with property manager Debora and the warm welcome by Maria and Mario. Our first time in Calabria...definitely not our last!

Stunning view but it‘s not a villa

We stayed at Villa Incanto which has a private swimming pool and a breathtaking 180 degrees view. On good days you are even able to see Stromboli. The house is, however, separated into two apartments. So technically it is not a villa what you book but rather a very nice apartment with an outdoor space. This needs to be noted since there might be other guests staying above you.

Wunderschönes Haus mit einer fantastischen Aussicht!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Auch die Küchengeräte sind wirklich brauchbar. Der Pool ist genial, der Garten gepflegt und die Sicht aufs Meer werden wir kaum mehr vergessen. Jederzeit wieder. Im Oktober sind allerdings die meisten Restaurants in der Umgebung bereits geschlossen. Dafür hat man die Strände für sich alleine.

Fantastic place

We loved everything about this house. They had a beautiful pool that was sparkling clean at all times and this property has amazing views. The sunsets were stunning every night! Mario and his wife were fantastic hosts, and even cooked us a beautiful meal one night. The house was very nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. Great proximity to Tropea and beautiful beaches. I recommend that you get gps coordinates before coming as it was very difficult to find. The only downside was that there was no wifi
