Family get together

The house was accommodating, comfortable and beautiful. We enjoyed the views, the peace, the music, games and books. Host was very helpful. Only downside was finding it, and lugging suitcases and grocer

Gorgeous Setting and Home

We loved our stay in this wonderful home. If you like the authentic feel of Lake Como blending with modern amenities and stunning views then this is your place to stay. Spacious and inviting inside and out with plenty of room for everyone. The gorgeous terrace is perfect for relaxing and taking in the stunning views over a meal or coffee. The bedrooms are generous and offer outstanding lake views as well. The short walk to the home is charming and adds to the special feel of this home and to the quietness of the setting. This is a place you will remember forever as a dream vacation home.

Repeated stay

We have come to this house on multiple occasions. Great place to get away. If you are seeking privacy, no car noises and a more original setting this is the place to go. The grape covered veranda looks like something from of a movie set, the view of the lake is fantastic. The common area is great to get everybody together for hanging out, cooking and eating. The bedrooms offer privacy and great views of the lake. Bathrooms are modern. Will come back.

Quiet Quaint Farmhouse seting

While there is not much to do in Rezoonico, thats actually the beauty of this place. The terrace is a wonderful place to sit drink wine, eat meals etce. while enjoying the incredible views of the mountains and Lake Como. Nearby Menaggio is a wonderful village to explore and shop in. The drive from the town of Como by car is about 1.5 hour and can be hectic in traffic, but travel by the nearby ferries once your settled in is a great and cheap way to experience the lake and other villages such as Verena and Bellagio. We will definitiely try and book tis again, as it was a wonderful plae to experience withe friends.

A must stay!

This home is a most unique opportunity to experience Italy and the Lake Como region. The home is comfortable and modern and yet true to the culture, landscape and surrounding area. The views from each room look over the lake and the church bells mark the hours of the day. The terrace is an unforgettable setting for mornings sipping coffee, for long leisurely lunches with local foods and for evenings among the stars. If you are looking for a perfect place to explore the region and to experience a part of Italy as if you were living there (even temporarily) this is it! The owners are absolutely accommodating and wonderful to work with too. Do go! You will not regret it!

Maison spacieuse au calme au fond du village avec une vue exceptionnelle sur le lac. Randonnées à proximité. Baignade possible dans les environs. Mini-golf à Menaggio. La voiture est indispensable.

Die Küche war ausreichend ausgestattet, die Zimmer sauber. Die Lage ist wunderschön, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben muss man ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu Haus gehen, ist aber kein Problem. Kleine Läden sind in der Nähe, 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Größere Supermärkte sind ca.20 Minuten entfernt. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Excellent endroit, situation exceptionnelle, vue magnifique. Très jolie maison, bien équipée, propre et très agréable à vivre (NB : son chauffage fonctionne bien, quand nécessité). Facilités alentours (courses, etc). Un tout petit bémol : selon les couchages, la qualité de la literie est variable, parfois très bien, d'autres fois un peu moins.

Wir waren zwei Familien mit Kindern und haben den gesamten Aufenthalt sehr genießen können. Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Alle Zimmer waren sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der Garten ist gepflegt und hat besonders die Kinder sehr begeistert. Das Highlight ist die Terrasse mit bestem Blick über den Comer See. Die Kommunikation und die Anweisungen zum Anfahrtsweg und Check-in waren klar und gut verständlich. Hat alles reibungslos geklappt.Der Weg vom Parkplatz zum Haus wurde in einigen Bewertungen kritisiert, hat uns allerdings nicht gestört. Es war eine rundum tolle Erfahrung.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war immer sehr freundlich, informativ und problemlos. Das Haus entsprach der Beschreibung - ein wunderschöner Ort, ansprechend ausgestattet und sehr ruhig gelegen mit grandioser Aussicht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.

Het was heerlijk om vakantie te vieren in Rezzonico Paul is een voortreffelijke gastheer! We hadden goed contact. Alles zoals verwacht en vooraf afgesproken Het landhuis en de locatie zijn voortreffelijk! Alles om helemaal tot rust te komen!We hebben prachtige, adembenemende bergwandelingen gemaakt en genoten van het zwemmen en suppen op het meer. We komen graag nog eens terug!

Super verblijf!

Mooi huis in een rustige omgeving met een magnifiek uitzicht. Heerlijk terras met een verkoelend windje. Enige nadeel is de weg naar het huis. Met boodschappen en bagage is het een hele onderneming.

Schönes Haus

Wir haben den Urlaub genossen. Allerdings ist der Weg vom Parkplatz bis zum Haus schon recht anstrengend.vorallem mit Gepäck oder Einkauf und für Leute ab 50-die jetzt nicht super fit sind auch recht anstrengend. Erst viele Treppen, dann noch einen schätzungsweise 100 meter langen weg zum haus und etwas aufsteigend. Dafür hat man einen mega Ausblick von dem Haus. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und es war alles super in ordnung. Eines der vielen Betten hatte eine ultra harte matratze. Wir haben 2 badestrände in der nähe besucht.allerdings muss man diese mit dem auto anfahren. Ansonsten hat das Haus eine gute Lage und alles ist gut erreichbar.

Eine schöne Unerkunft, aber

wir haben eine gute Zeit verbracht. Aber: In allen Zimmern kein Moskito-Schutz Brettharte Matratzen Hundehaufen von Touristen und Nachbarshunden, da Wanderweg am Haus Discomusik von Nachbarn, Papay-Club bis 3 Uhr n der Früh Bei geöffneten Fenstern nicht nur wunderbare Vogel-Stimmen auch Lärm vom Straßenverkehr und Bauarbeiten auf der anderen Seeseite wenn man damit zurecht kommt, und sich hiervon nicht genervt oder gestresst fühlt, ist dies ein angenehmes Objekt. Zum Seeufer und See, gibt es vor dem Haus rechts einen schönen Naturweg und am Wanderweg am Haus gibt es prähistorische Felsformationen im angrenzenden Wald. Die Lage ist sehr gut, es ist etwas kühler als unten am See und es gibt bei über 30 Grad Schattenplätze im Garten, leider einige Brenn-Nesseln in der Wiese, daher für kleine Kinder eher weniger gut geeignet, ausser bei den Schaukeln, separat für Kinder angelegt, eine Platz zum Spielen. Uns war es zu laut und zum Schlafen nicht so komfortabel, wegen der harten Matratzen, was alles realativ und geschmacksache ist. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat sich ziemlich hingezogen vorab, 2 Tage vor Reiseantritt gabe es noch immer keine klare Auskunft zum Treffpunkt, eher etwas zäh nach meinem Empfinden, was aber evtl. nicht die Regel ist. Wir haben eine Woche im Haus verbracht. Es gibt Küchengeräte, Stabmixer, Mini-Küchenmaschine, keine Smoothiemixer, keine großen Gläser für kühle Getränke, kleine Gläser sind reichlich vorhanden. Ansonsten alles vorhanden was man für die Zubereitung von Speisen benötigt. Internet funktioniert gut, wir hatten keine Ausfälle.

The view really is that good

Our crew of 7 adults had an amazing stay at this property. Lots of space to sleep and every room has a view. I loved that is was a little away from the hustle and bustle of town where you could just sit and relax and enjoy the view without much of a care in the world. Lots of good memories were made on that patio and the couple small restaurants at the base of the hill were fantastic too. There are lots of stairs - believe that in the listing - which makes you appreciate how strong those Italians are! Would book again no question.

Traumhaus mit Superaussicht

Wer eine ruhige, landestypische und aussichtsreiche Unterkunft mit viel Platz und Atmosphäre sucht, liegt hier goldrichtig. Die Terrasse über dem See mit Blick auf die Berge und den See ist der Haimmer! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Schönste Terrasse am Comer See

Wir haben mit drei Familien eine schöne Zeit dort verlebt. Das Haus ist eher einfach ausgestattet, hat aber alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Es liegt sehr ruhig und hat eine wunderbare Aussicht auf den Comer See. Der Weg zum Haus ist zwar etwas mühsam, dafür wird man aber von Strassenlärm weitestgehend verschont und mit der schönsten Terrasse am Comer See belohnt - Sicht auf die Berge, Mennagio, Bellagio und Varenna inklusive. Der Fußweg über einen steilen Pfad zum kleinen Strand in Rezzinico üdauert etwa 20 Minuten.

Paradise

We had the most amazing time in this Lake Como villa. I can't think of a better way to start our Italy journey. The house is well appointed and spacious. The views of Lake Como are unbeatable. We particularly enjoyed meals out on the open air patio with a grape vine canopy. We all agreed at the close of our vacation that this was a Home Away property that we would revisit again.

Hyggeligt gammelt italiensk hus med fantastisk udsigt.

Vi havde en helt fantastisk ferie i det gamle fine hus i bjergene. Udsigten fra huset er helt utrolig flot og vi nød dagene med at sidde på den skønne terasse, samt at tage på mindre udflugter i de nærliggende små byer. Huset er godt udstyret med de ting vi havde brug for, og det gik helt fint at lave mad til en stor familie i det lille køkken. Det er lidt af en tur at komme op til huset fra parkeringspladsen med baggage/indkøb, men det er klart strabadserne værd :). Vi savner allerede den smukke udsigt fra terassen og vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage igen engang!
