The Space:

Kick back and take in the ocean views from the private balcony at this unbeatable oceanfront condo. Along with direct access to the sand and surf, you'll also enjoy access to a bounty of fabulous on-site amenities including multiple pools, hot tubs, a lazy river, picnic areas, and a bar and grill. Golfers will find numerous nearby course options and families with children will appreciate the proximity to tons of fantastic attractions and amusements.



This updated condo comes completely furnished for modern living. Stainless steel kitchen appliances make it easy to prepare everything from home-cooked meals to beach picnics. The dining table is the perfect spot to indulge in your culinary creations, especially thanks to the new bench cushions. The oceanfront balcony offers a scenic perch for sunrise coffee, but it also makes an ideal spot for a five o'clock cocktail. Everyone can gather together in the living room to stream shows and movies on the smart TV. If you're feeling productive, take advantage of the sit/stand desk added to the primary bedroom to get some remote work done. When the evening comes to a close, wind down in one of the comfortable bedrooms, all of which feature platform beds (to store things underneath) and new mattresses.

Nice place to vacation at.

Took my 92 year old grandmother and one of her friends to the beach. It was perfect for us. It was nice and clean. Enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Outstanding experience!

The cleanliness of this location is the first thing that caught our eye! It was spotless! Beds all have comfortable mattresses. We enjoyed the oceanfront balcony as much as the beach! Staff could not have been nicer. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Great for 9 people!

Loved the view and ready access to the elevator. The printed chair in the living area was so comfortable, along with the king-size bed. Each family (3) had their own beds and bathrooms. Plenty of seating sat the table.

Another great Christmas with Vacasa

Bring my kids and grandbabies to the beach every year for Christmas. The staff at Baywatch is amazing they go above and beyond for their guests, our room was immaculate and beautiful as always. The little oness, love all the heated indoor and outdoor pools, lazy, rivers, and hot tubs! We wouldn’t stay anywhere else,definitely be back next year. Thank you for another great Christmas Baywatch!

It was fine

Literally that’s it… fine. Nothing special. Check in was a pain and they made me pay cash for an extra car… not card, but cash. Washer was broken in our unit with no notice and no one came to fix it. Fire alarms went off in the next building over multiple times during the night.
