Designed for unforgettable days on the water and peaceful evenings by the lake, this getaway is the perfect place to boat, fish, kayak, swim, and relax while enjoying beautiful waterfront views.

Parking

✔ Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles on the private gravel driveway.
✔ Fishing boats up to 17 feet in length may be brought onto the property and parked in the driveway.
✔ Please note that the driveway is narrow with limited turnaround space near the house. If you are bringing a boat, you will likely need to back the trailer out of the driveway, as there is not enough room to turn around.
✔ If you plan to launch your boat, the nearby state park offers daily and weekly boat slips.
✔ Boats or any water craft CANNOT be tied up to the dock or shore station at anytime. Boats or any water craft CANNOT be docked on the lift too.
✔ If you'd like to keep your boat in the water overnight, daily slips are available for rent at the nearby Lake Petenwell State Park Marina. Guests are responsible for obtaining any required docking permits and paying applicable parking fees for trucks and trailers.

Additional fees & requirements:
✔ Rental Agreement & ID Verification - A signed rental agreement and a valid ID upload from the booking guest are required.
✔ Security Deposit Hold - A $300 hold will be placed as a refundable security deposit.
✔ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out - Available upon request, pending availability. Each is offered for a $60 fee and must be arranged in advance.
✔ To respect our neighbors and community, quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep noise levels low during this time, including conversations, music, vehicle use, fireworks, and outdoor activities. Noise complaints or violations may result in additional fines ($250). We take noise complaints very seriously. We appreciate your help in keeping the neighborhood peaceful and enjoyable for everyone.

Starter pack of essentials included:

Important note:
✔ The garage is reserved for owner use and is not accessible to guests.
✔ The fireplace in the living room is not available for guest use.
✔ Please ensure to clean the grill after use to avoid extra cleaning fee.
