Discover a feel-good oasis directly on Lake Constance in our high-quality and fully equipped lake apartment.

With a comfortable king-size bed (1.80m) and a sleeping option for 2 additional guests, we offer you an ideal retreat for a relaxing stay. All of our bedding is health optimized by the Blackroll brand. The living area has a smart TV (55 inches) with access to popular streaming services like Netflix. Likewise, these rooms are equipped with heating (and air conditioning). Additionally, you'll find a basic set of board games in the living area for entertaining evenings.

Our fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare your favorite dishes and enjoy them in the dining area or terrace. We are happy to provide basic cooking equipment such as salt, pepper & cooking oil as well as coffee, tea & accessories free of charge.

In addition to the cozy indoor ambience, we also offer a furnished terrace where you can end the evening after an eventful day.

In all our apartments we use only high-quality towels and bed linen and offer a basic supply of care products such as shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper, as well as cleaning products and cleaning utensils in stock. A washing machine can be found in the basement.

We are also well equipped for guests working remotely and on the road. In addition to fast and reliable WLAN, our lakeside apartment also offers a workstation for laptops with good lighting, office supplies and an external monitor.

If you are traveling with children or pets, you have come to the right place. Each of our apartments has at least one extra bed for children and some have high chairs and for pets food bowl & drinking bowl.

For your safety you will find in the apartment, in addition to the legally required smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide detector, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.

Our home is within walking distance of the lake, giving you easy access to a wide range of water/water sports activities and relaxing hours on the shore.

So that you don't have to worry about arriving, we offer private parking and independent check-in. A small and lovingly arranged welcome gift is also waiting for you.
