This was our second stay at the property. Everything was clean and working order.When the hot water ran for showers and dishwashing, there was a noticeable sulfur odor, not pleasant. Also Hot Tub jets would turn off after a half hour and would not turn back on.

Had a lovely stay. Having river access was great. Too bad there was a burn ban, so we could not enjoy the outdoor firepit. Propane BBQ was a great option to have, we used it often. House was clean and tidy. Quiet neighborhood, no traffic. Very close to all popular locations for sightseeing and exploring. Close to the beaches and redwoods. A few negatives:Sink water smelled kind of bad, almost sulfur like. Hot tub kept displaying FLO error and jets would randomly shut off. Can’t say anything bad about the property. We enjoyed our stay.

Very Comfy Home

We enjoyed our stay. Comfortable clean rooms and everything we need in the kitchen . Great location to access all the parks. Beautiful view of the Smith River.

Great place

The place was beautiful, location wasn’t too far from nearby crescent city and the redwoods. Only complaint was the beds weren’t as comfortable as I’d hoped.

Great place!

Clean, comfortable, fun place! Great location right on the river. Lots of cool hiking and beautiful drives nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Exactly what we were looking for

Perfect house on the river! We truly enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing time the river was beautiful and an excellent spot for swimming and laying in the sun.

Fantastic stay

Thank you for another fantastic stay. Crescent City is gorgeous with lots of outdoor adventures. The home was cozy and watching the clear smith river from the deck while drinking my coffee was amazing

Home on the river and gateway to redwoods

Our family with kiddos loved using this house as our base camp to relax and cook meals after hiking through the redwoods every day. Nice and home feeling.
