This house was great for our college golf team and families. Check-in and communication was great. We had a water issue one morning that was fixed immediately. The screened-in porch was great for sitting together and hanging out.

We were a group visiting for a family members wedding and cannot say enough about our experience. Communication was excellent, everything we could possibly need for our 5 night stay was provided and the bonus was making s’mores on the patio with the awesome fireplace. That patio was my favorite place for my morning coffee and quiet time. Definitely recommend and we are all talking about planning another visit. The location is perfect for us as family is only 5 minutes away and shopping only a short distance as well. Thank you for making our visit such a great experience for us!!

This property add everything I was looking for, it was spacious, clean, and a great location. The check in/check out process was convenient and it provided all the privacy i needed. I am looking forward to renting this property again.

Could not be better! This house easily accommodated 4 generations with 2 private bedrooms on the main floor for the older folks and plenty of room upstairs for our kids and grandkids. A big bonus was the comfy screened-in porch with ample seating that overlooks the huge back yard - great for frisbee matches.This house is in a completely private setting but is convenient to a main road, which was perfect for our stay. Our host was very responsive and very thoughtful. This house and our lovely host made our week-long visit to Richmond Hill wonderful and carefree.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. The experience was flawless with nothing but positive comments from the entire party. We were impressed with all the amenities that the house had to offer. All of the rooms were very spacious and accommodated our every need. We will be requesting this particular house again in the near future. I would recommend this house to any and everyone who wants a 5-star facility and good experience.

This home was amazing and such a perfect fit for our family vacation! The cost to stay and photos drew us in, but this home was even better in person. There was plenty of space and the layout was great! We traveled with family from age 3 to over 70. We had five boys staying in the bedroom with the bunk beds and couch bed, and two older girls staying in the bedroom with twin beds. They each loved having their own space to hang out and bond. It was perfect!The host was easy to communicate with and was so helpful with any questions we had. The check-in process was easy. There was a welcome basket of snacks and wine and there were water bottles in the fridge, which was an incredible surprise! We were four families coming together and so we had four vehicles but there was plenty of parking.The home is surrounded by trees which made it feel secluded and so peaceful. We even saw a family of deer one morning!The only minor things noted was that the kitchen sink was small and there was limited counter space so it made it a little difficult to prepare meals for so many people and then to wash big pots and pans. The first floor back bedroom near the laundry room also didn’t cool down at night well. The check-out process was also easy! Overall this was an incredible place to stay. Everyone agreed we’d definitely stay here again!

Home is beautiful inside and out. We celebrated my husband's 65 birthday. With family, we had 18 guest staying in the house. Rooms very spacious, and beautifully decorated. Bathrooms had item's we had forgotten at home. Kitchen was well supplied with different items and lots and lots of coffee and water. Big gas grill with a full tank of gas. Outside of the property was spacious in beautiful lots of parking. There is nothing negative I can say about this property. Everything was above and beyond. The host was very easy to contact and responded to any concerns we had. If I could give this Property a 10 an above I surely would. Our next vacation in Savannah this property will be our first choice. I can't forget the host left a beautiful welcome basket which was unexpected, it was a very happy surprise.

A great place to gather with family and place is filled with amenities. All you need is your suitcase and a smile. The rooms are spacious and bed ate comfortable. This sote is a must stay.
