Upstairs is a master bedroom, furnished with a double bed and a large closet. There are also two smaller bedrooms with comfortable beds and closet space. Upstairs, there is a half-bath with a small sink. The spacious bathroom is located on the first floor and is equipped with a shower and toilet, among other amenities.

The green garden offers plenty of privacy and a beautiful sun terrace sheltered from the wind. Behind the house is a small, covered terrace under an oak tree, where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning and a shady spot in the afternoon.
