The street-level door is designed to remain unlocked during certain hours for guest access, but your note about the unit door not securing properly is something we take seriously. Our maintenance team has already been notified to ensure the lock is functioning as intended. Regarding the mini fridge, that is certainly not the standard we aim to deliver. We will be deep-cleaning and inspecting the unit to prevent any recurring odor issues. Your comments are extremely helpful as we continue improving the guest experience.
