The loft was fantastic. Our host, Vincent, communicated extremely well before, during, and after our stay. The property is very well maintained. The neighborhood is very attractive and safe. There’s plenty within walking distance and getting around town on foot, Lyft or Uber was very easy. I highly recommend this property for a relaxing stay.

This apt is exactly as shown on listing. It’s clearly a dedicated rental so the owners have thought of all questions and include detailed instructions in the property guide. It was extremely clean and the beds very comfortable with nice pillows. There were lots of fruit and water bottles upon our arrival, which was welcome given our busy days. Great property. Great stay.

Clean, modern and cozy. We have stayed here twice. Some noise problems upstairs but the host took care of it promptly. Recommend.

Overall, a great place to stay for our week long stay! The space looked exactly as pictured, check-in was seamless, Vincent was very responsive to all my questions, the place is modern, clean, comfortable, and well-prepared. Highly recommend!

My daughter and I stayed here while she participated at a program for high school students at Drexel. Our host, Vincent, communicated regularly with me and made our stay so comfortable. The residence is clean and has so many amenities. The neighborhood is lovely and I was able to find on street parking regularly. This is definitely a place that would suit both couples and families easily. We loved both bedrooms and being able to have our own bathrooms. We will definitely stay here again!

This apartment is fantastic! Clean, well-equipped, two bathrooms, nicely decorated. Vincent was a great and responsive host. We parked on the street and took the tram along Baltimore to get downtown. It took about 30 min and was very easy, clean and safe. The neighborhood is quiet and shaded with big trees. One thing to know is that some of the surrounding area seem a bit rough (ie: 52nd and north) so think ahead before walking around at night. Also loved the pizza at Clarkville Pizza.

Carrie was a wonderful guest and a pleasure to host. She was friendly, respectful of the property, communicated well throughout her stay, and left the apartment clean and well cared for. We truly appreciate how easy she made the hosting experience. I would gladly welcome Carrie back anytime and highly recommend her to other hosts. Five star guest!

We loved this apartment. Two spacious bedrooms, two full baths, compact kitchen and living space, smart TVs, easy to use wifi. Check-in process was smooth, and Vincent was an extremely gracious and responsive host. The update of the apartment is tasteful and comfortable. We appreciated the snacks, fruit and bottled water provided. Would definitely stay here again! Recommended.

We booked with our young son and teen daughter as travelers with us. The host was friendly and prompt with responses/concerns! Set up of loft worked great for our little family’s weekend. Rooms were beautiful, everything really, newly renovated. Couldn’t have had an easier set up layout wise for rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, even little dining living room area. Little extra amenities were a nice extra touch! There’s always a kid that forgets something … toothbrush, body wash Definitely one of the nicest rentals we have booked !

STAY HERE! The Loft @ Cedar Park and the host Vincent are both outstanding. The inside of the loft is beautifully set-up and outfitted perfectly, there is nothing left out. The bedrooms are spacious, mattress and furnishings are above what you normally expect. Both bathrooms are rather roomy and nicely done. Kitchen has all the basics plus more. Vincent answered all questions and even checked in with us the day after arrival to make sure everything was good. We will definitely be keeping this one on our list for repeat stays. If you are looking for a quaint spacious apartment conveniently located withinb Philly, this is the spot.
