Summary:

The beauty of the Cascades is on full display at this two-bedroom condo in the Roslyn Ridge resort community. Spend your days in Ronald lounging on the shores of Cle Elum Lake and enjoying fantastic amenities at the activity center around the corner.



This second-floor condo enjoys a lovely setting in Roslyn Ridge, with the surrounding mountains visible from the balcony. An easy stroll leads to the outdoor pool, hot tub, gym, playground, and sports courts at the activity center (which are available for a daily fee), with beautiful Speelyi Beach on Cle Elum Lake less than two miles up the road.



The Space:

As you enter, the first thing you'll notice is the abundance of natural light, with large windows and glass balcony doors allowing sunshine to pour in. Use the well-equipped kitchen to prepare a few appetizers and light the gas grill for an evening barbecue. After sitting down for dinner either inside or outside, you can build a fire, gather on the sofa, and settle in for a movie night. A washer/dryer, free WiFi, and a second smart TV in the primary bedroom are provided as well.



Guests will love the Roslyn Ridge Activity Center, featuring a seasonal outdoor pool, hot tub, athletic courts, and an exercise room - typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day yearly. Just minutes away, you’ll find Lake Cle Elum, Suncadia Resort, the Yakima River, and endless hiking and biking trails. Whether you’re seeking adventure or relaxation, this home offers the perfect balance of both.

Nice place to stay

Place was very clean and newer construction. It was the perfect location do some good hikes and come back cook a nice meal rest and then go do it again the next day,

We had a great stay! Check-in and check-out were very easy, and the space was a good value for the price. There were a few minor things that could use attention, such as a broken fan, damaged blinds on the slider, and a few drawers that could use a deeper cleaning.Overall, it was a nice place and worked well for our stay. I would say it’s best suited for a couple or a small getaway, as the space is a bit cozy. We were glad we didn’t bring our child or dog this time, as it may have felt a little tight. That said, it’s a nice property and a good option for those looking for a smaller, comfortable place.

We loved the location and that it was pet friendly. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars in every category was that the listing made it seem like there would be a hot tub available for use.

Great weekend get-away!

This condo was perfect location! Short drive to town and only 15 min to amazing hiking trails. The condo was clean, quiet and offered exactly what we needed for a ‘girls’ weekend!

Well equipped, clean, convenient and comfortable. Perfect for a retreat and to enjoy the surrounding walks and town of Roslyn. The apartment had everything we needed and more! Would definitely stay again.

Great stay!

This place was cozy and super clean! I never stayed in a Vrbo that felt like an actual hotel like this one did! Portable AC unit in the master was great. Bed comfy, awesome views! They even left us a little welcome/thank you goodie bag!

Weekend getaway

We were up in the Ronald area for a wedding and we extended our stay to the weekend. Everything was close. We hiked and did some paddle boarding. The condo was very comfortable and was spacious for the two of us. We liked having access to the garage for parking and leaving the paddle boards when we weren't using them. We walked down to the club house and was given a tour. The amenities were great. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

We loved the location. It was close to mountain bike trails and the lake for paddle boarding. Good restaurants close by in Roslyn and a quiet and pretty development. We weren’t able to bring our dog because we realized at the last minute that there was a weight limit. There is no central air conditioning, just a few fans and one window unit so it got a little warm and stuffy. But it was a good size for the 3 of us.

Best Place for Rent in Rosilyn Ridge

The location of this unit is ideal. Close to everything, but yet far enough away too, and a decent view from the deck. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom supplies nice. Portable A/C and fans kept it "mostly" cool in the heat. Furniture is ready for an update (couches). Kitchen utensils need a refresher (no plastic spatula for non-stick frying pan, no bread knife to cut loaf of bread, a few other standard items missing). Still overall very pleasant stay.
