This was the perfect house/neighborhood for a family reunion. The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We will definitely consider returning to this very place:)

Our family had an incredible stay at this waterfront home! We had three generations together, including four little ones under the age of four, and the house could not have been a better fit.There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out while still enjoying time together. The waterfront views were beautiful, and watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee and ending the day by the water made for unforgettable memories. The home was clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully laid out for families with young children.The location was perfect for enjoying everything Rockport has to offer, yet peaceful enough to truly relax. From fishing and bird watching to simply spending quality time together, this home gave us exactly what we were hoping for.If you're looking for a place that comfortably accommodates a large, multigenerational family, this is it. We made memories we'll cherish for years and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay if you have have a large group.

Great place to stay, our family really enjoyed hanging out at the pool. There was room for all of us. The house was beautiful inside and out.

Great family retreat

Was the perfect location for our family of three generations to spend quality time together hanging out, swimming, fishing, cooking, etc. The house was comfortable for a large group, very accomodating, well stocked, with a great location to take in many of the location attractions! Looking forward to our next trip to this home and the local area!

Best Annual New Year's Eve Trip House to Date!

We head to the coast every year with our best friends and kids and have stayed all over Rockport, this was by far our most favorite spot! The house was absolutely beautiful, roomy, and EVERYONE enjoyed that amazing pool and hot tub!!

Great for multigenerational Family

Perfectly situated on the St Charles Bay. The view of wildlife and the bay is beautiful. The home accommodated for all our needs. We will be returning again.

Wedding weekend in Rockport

We were in Rockport for a family wedding close by. This house was amazing! Beautiful views, great layout and amenities! Everyone loved the the beauty and comfort of this home! Definitely recommend!

Perfect house for a family with kids

The house was beautiful. Our family enjoyed our time there. The house was stocked with everything you would need to make your stay pleasant and feel like home. The house was very clean. The kids loved the pool and we the adults loved the view. We will definitely be back. I don’t have any complaints about our stay. Thank you Vacasa for making our family trip a success.

Awesome property and location. Only 1 complaint was the mattresses on the bunk beds are too thin it’s like sleeping with a Blanket over a sheet of plywood 10/10 other that that

BIRTHDAY VACATION

Extremely pleased with the accuracy of the online pictures and video even more so in person. Took my wife and kids on a family birthday vacation and loved every single minute of it. Plenty of space and plenty of family time that was much needed. We highly recommend this place and we will be booking again. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Great home!

We had a wonderful time just wished we could have stayed longer. A cold front blew in but we were still able to take advantage of the spa that overlooks the water. We were able to take in some beautiful sunsets also. Home is spacious, beds are comfortable, nice furnishings and the primary bedroom is HUGE! Everything we needed for our quick get away. The Reserve at St. Charles is a wonderful place to visit!

Dream home

There were 13 of us with four boys under 13. They were never bored. Swimming, fishing and playing their games kept them busy. It's close enough to shopping and attractions and yet private and peaceful. We all agreed its was our best stay ever and we rarely all agree

Amazing Property!!

The house is very spaces and has everything you need to cook meals. View from the back is simply amazing from morning, noon to night! the residents are all very friendly and the fishing from the bulkhead is really good so don't forget to take your rods! overall it was a 10 but, I suggest that you take ice chest for ice due to the lack of freezer space and no ice machine at the house or property.
