Very clean and nice and cozy. Loved the view from the sliding glass doors. It has everything you need all you need to bring is your clothes and food. Even has beach chairs and a wagon to carry your belongings on the beach. Loved this property and will definitely be back.

Family vacation

Nice and quiet place the whole family enjoyed the stay kids love pool and hubby love tha pier to go fishing I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family

Very relaxing, not touristy, so was perfect to just relax or walk out to the pier or get in the pool with out it being packed. Felt like we lived there

Very pleasant and location is amazing.

Clean, cozy, and great location. Only a couple of minutes to everything we needed…beach, stores, ect. Watching the sunrise from the balcony was a favorite of mine and our kids enjoyed the pier.

Perfect family getaway

The condo is perfect for a family retreat. The view, location, condo is excellent. It was better than. It looked in the pictures. We go to Rockport once or twice a year and this my favorite condo thus far.

Family vacation

Nice place to stay in very peaceful and relaxing kids enjoyed the pool and we loved that there is a private pier to go fishing which hubby enjoyed very much. The only downside was there were not enough instructions available to unlock and lock the door had to call customer service so they can help me out, the lock set was kind of tricky but other than that I would recommend for people to stay in that place

Weekend Getaway

Everything about this condo was nice, it was clean. The kitchen wasn't equipped with a large pot or pan so it made it difficult to cook so next time I'll just bring my own...other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Exactly what you need to Relax and have Fun

Great Condo! Looks dated on the outside but don’t judge a book by its cover. Newly remodeled, ocean view, private pier, all the amenities you need for a home away from home. We will definitely book very frequently.

Great condo with a great view!

There are many things to love about this condo. It is located in a great part of town... very quiet and easy access to all the great places in town. Walmart and HEB are a couple minutes away and the downtown area is less than 5 minutes. The condo was very clean and modern. It looked like it had been updated recently. The bedrooms were roomy and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen has all you need with modern appliances. The living area was great with a large comfortable couch and an awesome view of the water through the sliding glass doors. There was a small table and 4 stools on the balcony where we could sit and have our morning coffee while watching the boats go by in the bay... we could even see dolphins swimming when the water was calm. Even though it was hot outside, the sea breeze kept us comfortable on the balcony and the AC worked great inside the condo. I have stayed in nice hotels where I wasn’t this pleased. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and this will be where we will stay on future visits to Rockport.
