About the Accommodation

The pretty house with three bedrooms offers space for a total of six people in a cozy atmosphere. The cozy warmth of the stove and the carefully selected furnishings make you feel at home in no time. The holiday home is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is an open-plan living room connected to the dining room and kitchen, as well as a light-flooded conservatory with a wonderful view. The tastefully furnished kitchen is equipped with all amenities, including a dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer and Nespresso coffee machine. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with bath, bathroom sink and shower/WC. There are also three bedrooms on the upper floor: the first with a double bed (180x200 cm) and en-suite bathroom (shower, shower toilet and bathroom sink), the second with two single beds (90x200 cm) and the third with a further single bed (90x190 cm) and a sleeping area in the raised gallery (160x200 cm). Enjoy a wonderful experience of nature on the cozy garden seating area with a view of the mountains. In winter, the view can be somewhat restricted by the snow. The house is mainly heated by the central wood-burning stove. Pets are not allowed. Internet (WLAN) is available free of charge. Two outdoor parking spaces are available in front of the holiday home.

Casa Chapf is beautifully nestled in the middle of a marvelous alpine landscape and close to the famous "Chapf" viewpoint in the Arvenbüel district above Amden and Lake Walensee. The Chapf is known far and wide and offers a unique panorama over the mountains and Lake Walensee. The cozy and detached Casa Chapf is undoubtedly a real treasure among the holiday homes in the region. This hideaway is characterised by its incomparable location, offers plenty of space and exudes an atmosphere of coziness and idyll in both summer and winter. The central wood-burning stove floods the rooms with cozy warmth, and the view lets your gaze wander over the mountain landscape. The tasteful house was renovated a few years ago and shines in immaculate condition. The proximity to the family-friendly "Amden-Arvenbüel" ski area with its excellent ski school promises countless moments of fun in the snow for young and old in winter. Hiking enthusiasts will also be delighted by the variety of hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. The picturesque Lake Walensee and the village of Amden with shopping facilities, a chairlift, an inviting café, restaurants and an indoor swimming pool are just a few minutes' drive away. You will also find a selection of restaurants in the Amden-Arvenbüel district. The ski school is about 1 kilometre from the house. From there you can easily reach the Arvenbüel ski area.
