Spacious home with great views from the decks. Having your own dock and small beach on the lake was awesome. House could have been cleaner though. Noticeable grime and stains throughout.

Large home with a good layout for multi family groups. Amazing location right on the lake and next to The Pines. Killer views of the lake from the kitchen and main living room area. Be advised that only 1 bath towel per person is provided, which is insufficient. It would be nice to have separate towels for using the lake too. The house is showing some wear and tear, with some appliances not working properly, and it could use new carpeting, but overall, our group had a wonderful time.

We had a really great family vacation at this home! Beautiful lakefront property with plenty of room for a large group. House was well stocked and had everything we needed for a week of fun!

This is a great house on the water and holds a lot of people! It was mostly well maintained except the carpets seemed excessively dirty. Due for a deep clean!

Bars, food, and boat rentals were all walking distance from the property! Rooms were clean and the house was super easy to check in to. Only downside is they do not allow early check in/late check out, with what seemed like no real exceptions. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great weekend overall and really enjoyed our stay. The home was very spacious and comfortably accommodated our entire group. The lake views were beautiful, and having the private dock was definitely a highlight. The layout worked well for a large family gathering, and we made some wonderful memories.There are a few areas that could be improved. The home could have been cleaner upon arrival. We noticed cobwebs in several areas, found a hair on one of the towels, and some of the cooking utensils had food residue and needed to be washed before use. We also would have appreciated more towels for a larger group and a functioning dryer to make reusing towels easier.One suggestion would be to clean up the shallow shoreline area near the dock a bit more. We still enjoyed it, especially with the kids, but clearing some of the weeds and natural overgrowth would make it even more inviting.Overall, we had a wonderful time and would consider staying here again.

Enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose this house again if we return to Bass lake. The house is much nicer in person than in pictures.

Great time loved the stay

Have to go again loved it enjoyed the pooltable just need new poll we had a few non working appliances but at the end we enjoyed the stay

The house is gorgeous, the location is perfect. Be mindful of the folloeing: the do not provide extra towels (1 per guest only) so plan accordingly. Also, the late check out option closes before 5 pm of the previous day - also plan accordingly.

Lake house stay

We loved how close the water was to us with our own private dock. Very spacious beautiful views at night and so very close to all the stores. Highly recommended
