The three approx. 40 m² apartments for a maximum of 3 people are located separately on the first floor and upper floor of a town house in the middle of Malchow's old town. Restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities are within a radius of a few hundred meters. The special thing about the old town of Malchow is that it is an island surrounded by Lake Malchow and Lake Fleesensee. A public lake access with a small seating area is right next to the house. The historic building from the 18th century has been extensively renovated over several years and completely refurnished. First occupancy summer 2021. This apartment is located on the upper floor. It has a living area (upholstered furniture, desk, smart TV), an open sleeping area in the attic with double bed and TV (access via a steep, space-saving staircase), an open kitchenette (electric stove, fridge, dining area.) living area, various kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with shower/WC. The other apartment on the upper floor (Zander DZV779) is similarly equipped. On the first floor there is an apartment (Hecht DZV777) with a combined living/bedroom (upholstered furniture, desk, double bed, smart TV), an open kitchenette (electric stove, fridge, dining area, various kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with shower/WC. All apartments have modern air conditioning and the upper floor apartments have automatic windows. There is also free WiFi and internet-enabled smart TVs. Each apartment has a parking space. There are 2 parking spaces directly at the house and a private parking space approx. 200 m away. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption. The climatic health resort of Malchow charges a visitor's tax (payable on site).

The small town of Malchow is a tourist gem in the center of the Mecklenburg Lake District. It is also known as an island town, as the old town is surrounded by Lake Fleesensee and Lake Malchow and is connected to the town by an earth dam and a listed swing bridge, which opens several times a day for boat traffic. There are also passenger boat moorings, a harbor, restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities. Other attractions include the monastery church, the town mill, a large bathing beach, a summer toboggan run, a monkey forest and a riding stables just outside the town, as well as boat and bicycle hire directly in the town and wellness, sports and golf facilities at the nearby vacation resort Land Fleesensee.
