A beautiful two-story home in the heart of Palmilla Beach Resort which boasts a prime location situating you within walking distance of Palmilla’s abundant golf shop, driving range as well as various restaurant and bar options. Stroll across the street and you can take advantage of the private boardwalk directly from the beach. Reserve beach chairs and umbrellas, order some food directly to you, then bask in the Gulf's warm breeze. Start every day with a delicious breakfast prepared in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all major appliances, including a dishwasher and a Keurig coffee maker for no-fuss coffee. Then, grab your favorite towel and make your way to one of the resort's two outdoor pools for a refreshing splash, both of which are equipped with cabanas and bars. After a relaxing swim, head back to your personal oasis. Reflect on the day's adventures at the kitchen island while the group chef whips up a feast for everyone to enjoy. Afterward, retreat to the inviting sectional and stream the newest episode of your favorite series on the smart TV. The front porch offers a cozy place to unwind with two rocking chairs and a small bistro table for two. Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. Both bedrooms are upstairs, along with two full en suite bathrooms and a stackable washer/dryer. These two bedrooms are equipped with a smart TV each and two virtually identical bathrooms with standalone showers. One of the bedrooms has access to a private furnished balcony overlooking the neighboring homes, as well as the first and ninth holes of the Arnold Palmer-designed golf course. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. We loved this place, great amenities!! We did have some cleanliness issues but gave feedback and they dealt with it right away and I’m confident the other feedback we left will be handled!

Port Aransas Sunset

For a family of 4, or 2 couples, this house is perfect! 2 upstairs bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Our kids are little enough to share a room, and this was perfect. Clean and nicely kept.

Cute Beach Cottage & Perfect Location

Great new build cottage in highly desirable resort area of Port Aransas. Plenty of space for our family of 4 and would be great for a couples getaway too. Location on the property was convenient to the beach crossover and pool. Beds and couches were very comfortable and smart TVs giving us access to our favorite shows were perfect for relaxing after long days in the sun.

It was the perfect place to bring my family. It was cozy and comfortable. The pool and beach were just outside of our villa and made it easy to go back and forth. We created great memories and look forward to coming back

Small and Charming

This property is wonderfully located for the 3 hole chip ‘n’ putt area at Palmilla. The property is not large and yet was comfortable for the five people staying as long as we closed the sofa bed fully every morning. The staff was very communicative and answered any questions we had VERY quickly. We would stay here again.

Beautiful home on the golf course

Beautiful view of the golf course fairway from the kitchen window. Close to all of the amenities. Assigned parking spots are extremely close and convenient to the home. You can walk anywhere on the property with ease. Clean and comfortable! One of the best places to stay at Palmillas!

2/10 Terrible

Will not go back

House was musty and had black mold on the vent covers in the bathrooms, the mosquitoes coming off the golf course were AWFUL and the AC quit working in the middle of the night the last night of our stay. The resort pools are nice, and the availability of the beach chairs and umbrellas were nice too.

It was fine, for the price might as well stay at cinnamon shores. Guest services was unresponsive and not helpful.

Decent little Casita

We really liked Palmilla, it's clean, modern and new. The Casita was okay, slightly smaller than anticipated. Water pressure was a bit low. Otherwise the overall aspect of the house was really nice and clean. Wish they had blackout curtains in the bedrooms though. As for the Palmilla guest services, they could use a bit of improvement, they weren't helpful at all in letting us know that we had to book golf carts or umbrellas and chairs (for the beasch) in advance.

Perfect little getaway

This home provided the perfect getaway. Right on the 9th hole, and the loop was great. The loop Provided endless fun. We rented a golf cart for easy access to the beach. The resort care center provided easy rental of the golf cart and the beach chairs and umbrellas. Perfectly located to access by golf cart cinnamon shore & port A restaurants. The golf club was great, the resort pools were beautiful and well equipped. One with a swim up bar & restaurant, this one also provided basketballs for pool basketball and other play. Then just drive around- soak up the beauty of the community. The homes, landscaping and views are just breathtaking. Highly recommend.

Would like to return

The house was adorable and super clean! The resort is a gem, particularly liked the restaurants and pool areas. The kids loved taking the cart over the bridge and onto the beach. Please note, our upstairs bathroom sink did not drain. We also thought the cart rental was excessively expensive. The beach service took a long time (waited over an hour for drinks etc) but also understand the resort was v busy. Other than that, great staff and ambiance! We want to go back!

Cute beach house

Great beach house and close to the bridge to access the beach. Book your golf cart early because we couldn’t get one. The walk isn’t impossible to the beach but definitely a challenge. Pool was very crowded each day and no chairs. House said it came with parking for 4 cars, we could hardly find parking for our one car due to all parking taken by golf carts. One suggestions to the community would be to assign each unit a parking spot and ask for golf carts to park along the streets.

Port A really changing.

Loved the beach. Big Ant problem in kitchen all over the counters. So much construction and heavy equipment made it difficult to drive around and very noisy., blocking streets. Power was out for few hours. Someone ran into electrical box. Computers down several days so staff could not help.
