The apartment building is located in a quiet yet very central part of downtown Haltern am See. Shops for daily necessities are located very close to the vacation rental. The Haltern Reservoir is only about a 15-minute walk away, and downtown—with its numerous shops and restaurants—is about a 5-minute walk from the non-smoking vacation apartment. Don’t miss a visit to the weekly market (Tuesdays and Fridays) in front of the historic town hall. Many biking and hiking trails are easily and quickly accessible. Wonderful bike rides take you along the lakes to Lüdinghausen or along the Lippe River to Dorsten. Hikers will find numerous marked trails in the Westruper Heide and the Hohe Mark Nature Park. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and accommodates up to 4 people.

The 57-square-meter non-smoking apartment features a separate, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a microwave, as well as a bedroom with a double bed, a living/sleeping area with a pull-out sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Cable/satellite TV and a radio alarm clock are provided. In the large, idyllic garden, guests will find a covered patio with outdoor furniture. Play areas are available for children. A parking space is located next to the house, and there is a bike shed on the property. No pets allowed. Upon request, an additional room on the same floor can be made available as a bedroom.
