Location, location, location. A wonderful location in the town and it made all the difference for us. Couldn't ask for better. Easy 8 minute walk to the train station. 2 minute walk to the bakery. 2 minute walk to the town hall and main square. Two lady friends, travelling together. A wonderful and worthy trip. Our major miscommunication was the 'two flights of stairs' (total of 25 stairs) from the inside main door to the unit, plus the 10 outside. With luggage, quite the undertaking. I expected a second floor but certainly not the third floor. There is NO mountain view from the apartment. The unit is clean but sparse. Many indications which include the 'cheapest' of towels, toilet paper, etc. For a 9 night stay, only 1 bag for garbage, etc. I think the house build itself was self done with many unfinished edges making the place look cheap. Wobbly chairs needing the legs tightened, broken shower head are only a couple of items left in a note for the host to repair. Our host didn't seem to have any interest in us as visitors or 'guests' doing nothing personal and never addressed us directly even when we crossed paths. Overall, the character or lack thereof for the unit did not encroach on our enjoyment of the wonderful, fairy-tale-like town, where shopping was great, restaurants offered great food and the chance to meet lots of people.

Schöne, gepflegte Wohnung in sehr zentraler Lage. Dennoch absolut ruhig. Hunde sind willkommen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterfamilie war sehr freundlich, die Buchung unkompliziert.
