Upscale Condo Located in OC steps away from the beach and boardwalk!

Beautifully appointed vacation home! . Located twelve houses from the boardwalk and beach. A short walk to Brown's, Wonderland pier, and the high school athletic fields which include tennis, shuffleboard, and a running track. Quiet street with a large covered front porch and open porch on the rear. The third floor master bedroom includes its own private balcony and private bathroom with jacuzzi tub. We supply beach tags, beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach cart. The kitchen includes amenities such as an electric griddle, toaster, coffee pot, trash compactor, crock pot and more. There are books, games, and movies along with cable and WIFI throughout the home. A full outdoor shower provides an alternative to bringing sand indoors. We own the attached lower condo which affords the opportunity to rent a seven bedroom, five full bathroom and 2 outside full shower rental (632653). We rent only to those 26 or older and we do not allow pets or smoking. We do not rent for senior week or prom weekends.

Had a very enjoyable stay at this property. Close to beach, boardwalk, and shopping on Asbury. Bill was very prompt in responding to any questions we had. Would definitely rent here again.

Everything was as described. Bill was extremely responsive to my questions and concerns. It was wonderful having beach chairs and beach umbrella to use. The apartment was perfect for our family. Even though it was near 100 the air conditioning kept us cool. The beds were comfortable too! Thanks for a great week. A very beautiful rental.

Absolutely lovely place with best location in OCNJ. Perfect for our family reunion with 4 adults and 5 teenagers. Everything was great. We only had a minor issue upon check-in which was solved right away, thanks to very responsive hosts. The house itself is very comfortable for our large group and being only a block away from boardwalk was the added bonus. Would come back again without hesitation…

Bill and Kate’s place was everything we needed for a weekend getaway. It was close to the beach and boardwalk, easy parking (in the off season) and the hosts were very communicative. The house was stocked with everything you would need. Highly recommend booking a place with Bill and Kate for a great experience)

Everything was wonderful! It is listed, but the stairs up do turn a bit so be careful if you struggle with stairs. However we had no issues at all with people from 5-70.

Bill was a great host- quick communication whenever we needed something or had questions. The house was great- loaded with extras for us to use during our stay. Perfect location- short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Would def stay again!

My wife and I loved the house and how easy it was to communicate with the owners. And being dog friendly was a great bonus. The house is a five minute walk to several beaches. We loved our stay, as did my son and his bride.

Great place to stay!

This house has everything you need for the perfect beach vacation. Very close to the beach and attractions, and plenty of room for your entire family. The host was very responsive to our needs. I would definitely recommend this property.

Amazing place

We love OC and this was such a beautiful place to spend Thanksgiving !! Layout is great large room with many beds upstairs worked great for us with group of family teens and other rooms with multiple bathrooms is excellent - loved the porches to see sunset sunrise depending on time of year and and even a little peek of the ocean

This is a very nice house in a great location very close to 3rd St beach! House is lovely and well taken care of, very clean and well equipped kitchen. Host was very responsive when we asked a question. Great neighborhood close to boardwalk, shops and restaurants!

Prime location! Beautiful beach house! This is our 2nd year in a row staying at this location. We have stayed in both the lower and upper units. They are both awesome. Absolutely not a single negative thing to say. You can’t beat the location. The house is roomy and the beds at great. My teenagers and their friends were able to walk the boards easily. My husband and I were able to park the cars and not need them again. We look forward to coming back next year. Book early! This place will not stay open long.

Perfect spot for a family beach vacation

The property was exactly as listed. One block from the beach, perfect to come back and forth with younger kids. Easy walk to the boardwalk and rides. Sleeps everyone comfortably.
