Recently remodeled charming waterfront home. Upper deck with stainless steel gas grill, and lower patio with stone firepit, large dock, paddle boat, 2 bedrooms 2 full baths, with den. Large open floor plan on main floor with kitchen, living, and dining area is ideal for entertaining. This house is ready for your next vacation. Direct lake access, bring a boat and keep it at the dock for your stay, or use our paddle boat to enjoy the lake. Fish right off the dock, entertain on the patio, or hike the nearby trails. You will feel like you have truly escaped it all, yet are only a 15 minute drive from Historic Downtown Olympia and shopping.

We LOVE this lake house. Communication with the owner is top notch. We just stayed for our 2nd year and hope to be back again next year.

Nice getaway

Great spot for a relaxing weekend with friends and great spot for the kids to play at the lake. The house was clean and well stocked and Kim was a fantastic hostess. Will book again

Lake house stay

Beautiful home sitting right on the lake, water was amazing to swim in. Place was spacious. Host kept in contact. Overall nice stay.

Another great stay

Another year in the books. We love our stay at Kim’s lake house. It has a real cabin feel and is very comfortable for our family. The fishing is great, water is clean and the yard is perfect for enjoying the summer weather. Kim is an excellent host. We cannot wait for our trip next summer.

Another wonderful stay

This was our third summer here and once again we had a wonderful time. We had a minor hiccup our first day and Kim was quick to fix the issue. She is very easy to work with and we will be back!

Beach Wedding

Family from all over came to Montesano, Wa for a family wedding. Several of us stayed in this beautiful lake front home. 100% recommended staying here.

End of Summer Family Vacay

Kids and I had a relaxing, fun time at this charming lake house. Beautiful lake and my daughter and her friends spent hours on their paddle boards and jumping off the dock. Perfect way to end our summer before school started back up!

Excellent place to stay

The host was great with communication. Always pleasant to talk with! The property is on one of the best locations in the lake for fishing. Can catch right from the dock! Would 100% stay again!

Ideal lake house

This is not your modern day, brand new construction home. This is a true lake house- wood walls, pink bathroom, etc. We loved every minute of our stay. The entire property is well maintained, obviously loved and completely comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with every bowl & utensil on earth. The house stayed cool even on our 85 degree days. The house feels larger than the pictures capture. The owner, Kim, is fantastic. The neighbors are kind and the waterfront is perfect for playing, swimming and fishing. The water is clean & clear. The grassy backyard us perfect for playing or relaxing. This place has everything! My 2 yr old, 6 yr old & 70 yr old mom all had a ball! Thank you so much for everything. We already booked our next stay.

Fantastic lake home

This was our second stay at this Summit Lake home, and we enjoyed it just as much as our first. The home is exactly as advertised and always immaculate. Kim is an awesome host and is responsive to any questions that come up. We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing time swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking and just hanging out. We hope to come back for another stay.
