Chris made it easy to visit London. The property is so convenient to transportation, shops and parks and we were grateful for the AC during a heatwave.

I want to thank Chris for an amazing stay. This flat hosted eight of us and had everything we needed. It is located in Holland Park which an amazing jewel in London. You have beautiful parks, restaurants, shops, everything within walking distance. You also have the Holland Park Tube nearby as well. Chris was always responsive and was able to accommodate us early to drop off our luggage. If you're looking to stay a little further from the main city (tube makes it so easy) and explore a charming neighborhood, then look no further. We would stay here again.

We had a good overall stay and there were a lot of things we really enjoyed about the flat. The location cannot be beat. It was extremely convenient to both the Tube and bus stops, which made getting around London very easy. We loved having excellent air conditioning, great hot water, a bathroom for every bedroom, and a good-sized fridge for our group. It was also very helpful that the host allowed our family to drop off their luggage before check-in, and we appreciated the flexibility with our checkout time.When our family dropped off their luggage before the scheduled check-in time, the flat was in very poor and dirty condition and had clearly not yet been cleaned. We understand that this was before our official check-in time, and the host did have the property cleaned before we checked in. However, seeing the property in that condition was concerning and was not the first impression we expected.Overall, we enjoyed our trip and the property worked very well for our group. The location and amenities were excellent, and the flexibility around luggage drop-off and checkout was appreciated.

The location and the property were excellent. We were a family of six (five and baby) and really enjoyed our 6 night stay. The only wrinkle was when the breakers (fuse) for the dryer and upper floor tripped and Chris, our host, was unreachable. Fortunately, we were able to locate the breakers and were without electricity for a couple of hours max. Aside from this, everything worked very well and Chris was helpful with transportation advice before our arrival. Suggest that the host put directions for locating the fuse, since the dryer seems to trip the circuit. We would happily stay here on a subsequent visit.

The property was in a great location, we didn’t want to leave the area! Good food options, parks nearby, clean and quiet area, close to stations, etc… The home is spacious with enough seating for all (we had a party of 4 adults and 3 kids). The ac units were a huge perk with the heat wave. If you have issues with stairs, there’s a lot of them. But that’s Europe in general so didn’t make a difference to us. Communication with the homeowner was thorough and speedy. A book/manual is much needed for the home to explain how to use appliance, speakers, etc..and check out instructions, as to not have to keep reaching out, but owner was responsive when needed. Recommend renting this place.

Great Location

Great location, wonderful host, easy access to the Tube and shopping, the host's restaurant recommendations were perfect and host also refer us to a wonderful private private driver.

Lovely Location

The property was as advertised and Christian was very responsive. There are restaurants, shops and the Holland Park station within easy walking distance.

The host accommodation to allow us to get in early was great . Unfortunately no amenities like shampoo or extra toilet paper. Had to wait to take showers as not enough hot water.

The Perfect Location

The apartment is located in the perfect location. Short walks to public transportation, shopping and restaurants. Amazing week

We had a great week at the flat in Holland Park. Chris could not have been more helpful and met us at the property. Newly remodeled flat with three bedrooms with modern bathrooms. Great kitchen and living room to hang out. Will definitely plan to stay here again.

This apartment was perfect for our London family vacation. Modern AC Great location near tube stop, Grocery and parks. Fully equipped - even w power converters. We loved our London home. Hope to stay again for next trip. .

great location

No complaints about all the stairs! It helped us justify why we could consume more calories from all the great eating establishments in London, and quite a few within a few feet of the apartment. The Italian place next door was great as was the Greek right down the street.Location was the best, communication great and overall, a very memorable experience.

Perfect space and location for our family vacation!

We loved our stay at this Holland Park home! The location is amazing with everything you need nearby (coffee, grocery, restaurants). Lovely neighborhood to walk around - Holland Park, Kensington, and Notting Hill areas are all beautiful. Home had everything we needed and allowed us to prepare meals when we didn’t want to eat out. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and welcoming. Plenty of room to spread out and relax!

Fantastic Stay in Holland Park Apartment

We loved this place. The location was fantastic. We ate at many great restaurant's and the tube was only a 5 minute walk away. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The property owner was very responsive. We can't wait to come back to London again.

Amazing place to stay!

Amazing place to stay! The booking was easy, Chris met us when we arrived (even took the heaviest bag upstairs:) and the place had everything we needed. Clean, comfortable beds, nice towels and linens, fully stocked kitchen, lots of living space and a washer and dryer that works! The location is perfect! Easy walk to the tube, groceries and restaurants. We will definitely book this place again and I haven’t said that with any rental in the past 10 years I’ve been booking. Thanks again, Chris!

Chris’s place was perfect for our family of 8. The location was close to shops, restaurants, beautiful parks and the Tube. Chris is a great host and very easy to communicate with. Very responsive. Highly recommended.
