The Nautical Estates has easy access to the Island’s boat launches, as well as it’s own swimming pool and hot tub. The town home has 3 bedrooms with queen size beds, allowing 6 to sleep comfortably. Recently remodeled, you’ll have a great place to relax after a long day of play. There is also your own, secure, 2 car garage, with additional parking in the complex for a boat or toy trailer. When it's time to unwind, you'll enjoy the large flat screen tv with cable programming. This town home also features a gated courtyard in the front, and a large patio above the garage, giving you plenty of options for outdoor dining or relaxation. This town home has everything you need to have a great vacation, right down the street from the heart of Lake Havasu's best offerings.

Quick River Trip

Took a long weekend to enjoy our boat on the river with family and friend. Condo was cold, clean and quiet. Allowed for parking with our truck and boat on the street. Easy check in and check out. Would definitely stay again!

Great location!

This property is a great location as it is only a mile or so from the marina. The property is well cared for and nicely appointed. The owner does a great job of communicating with you. Only other complaints: 1) as others have mentioned, the cold water is almost non existent. It was not even above 100 degrees while we were there, but there was no cold water. 2) when we arrived there were no towels to be found. After some searching we found them in the washing machine needing to be dried. 3) The main A/C unit is very loud.

Great time

Has a great time ! Place was clean, had everything we needed: close to the pool and close to London bridge . Quite neighborhood . Will definitely come back !

Jill was very accommodating and her property was perfect for a vacation on the water.I would gladly stay there again and would absolutely refer her place to others.

Cozy place, great location.

We spent the week there. The proximity to the marina is fantastic. We were able to park are boat trailer in the complex. Townhouse is very nice. Cozy and quiet with all the amenities you need. Will definitely book again.

Great location

The boathouse grill just opened two weeks before our stay. It’s literally 100 yards from the front door, and you’re right on the island. Unfortunately the garage door broke the second time we opened it :( highly recommend this place!!!

Property was exactly what was promised. It was great coming back to a home-like feeling versus a hotel room. I would recommend this to everyone, you won't regret a thing!!

Great location, plenty of room

We had a wonderful stay and the home had everything we needed. The garage was convenient. I would say that it had not been kept up and was a little musty, and webbed. It also had a strong smell coming from the bathroom. We purchased air fresh and candles.
