Nestled in enchanting Provence, this historic farmhouse was built nearly 400 years ago from ashlar stones and offers you the peace and seclusion you desire—surrounded by tall cypress trees and far from the noise of civilization.

With a spacious living area of 350 m² and modern amenities such as high beamed ceilings, sun-drenched rooms, exclusive bathrooms, and an oversized pool, the Bergerie uniquely combines historic charm with contemporary comfort. There are a total of 5 bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed—and a crib can be provided upon request. In addition, there are 3.5 bathrooms available to make the stay even more enjoyable for all guests.

The villa offers ample space for celebrations of all kinds—whether private parties, weddings, or birthday celebrations (up to 100 people). The expansive outdoor area, the spacious terrace, and the pool create the perfect atmosphere for special occasions. Your guests are sure to feel at home and experience the unique charm of Provence.

To ensure your complete relaxation and the smooth management of the villa, a caretaker lives in a separate apartment on the property. He takes care of maintaining the pool and garden, as well as handling any other requests that may arise during your stay.

From here, you can easily reach the highlights of the Côte d’Azur—from Saint-Tropez to Monaco, from the Gorges du Verdon to Aix-en-Provence. Explore the perfumeries in Grasse, enjoy the Mediterranean coast, or take part in activities in the mountains. Later, relax on the terrace with a glass of rosé and wind down the day before heading out to one of the region’s many excellent restaurants.

On the first floor, enjoy the view of unspoiled nature and the south-facing rooms, which offer a cozy yet modern ambiance. The Gallery Suite on the second floor enchants with its magical light and breathtaking views—the ideal retreat to lose yourself in a book in complete tranquility.

Guest Access:
You have exclusive access to the entire house as well as the spacious 3.5 hectares of land. Everything is available for your private use—from the expansive garden and terraces to the pool area. The only exception is the guard’s separate apartment, which remains private. Enjoy your getaway to the fullest, with the freedom to explore and enjoy the entire property.
