Apartment 'Casa Milla - Bilocale Becaccia' with Shared Pool, Shared Terrace and Wi-Fi

Casa Milla was established in 1994 from the renovation of an old (200-year-old) farmhouse. The property consists of four two-room apartments for 4/5 pax each and a three-room apartment for 6/7 pax. The property is all fenced and accessed through an electric gate. The parking area accommodates 5/6 cars. There is a barbecue area in the garden. The pool is furnished with sunbeds, armchairs, small tables and umbrellas each apartment has its own reserved area. The pool is 110 cm deep and is fenced around the perimeter. In 1999 we built two independent cottages for 4/5 pax, with private garden, parking, barbecue and access to the pool. The cottages are accessed via a private road closed by an electric bar. The property consists of about 5 hectares of land where you can go to walk, run and browse through the fields. We have about 180 olive trees and 5,000 square meters of vineyard. We produce excellent olive oil and good wine. There are fruit trees and a small vegetable garden where you can pick herbs. We are about 3 -5 km from the sea and the center of Cecina is about 3 km away. At 500 meters from us there is a bar - restaurant - minimarket. Within 1.5 km you will find a supermarket, a new large shopping center, bank, church, post office, pharmacy and other stores. We have an agreement with a laundry, which at the price of € 3.5 per kg, washes, irons and returns your clothes to Casa Milla. We have the possibility of requesting bicycle rentals. From Casa Milla you can easily reach Pisa - Volterra - Siena - San Gimignano and other cities of art. Florence can also be reached well by train. Our family has, at Casa Milla, a little house that serves as our home, reception and information office so you will never be alone. We have free wi-fi throughout the facility and TV SAT. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept pets.
The apartment is located in Collemezzano, in the Tuscan countryside in Cecina, allowing you to experience the countryside while enjoying the conveniences of a small town at a very short distance, and the sea is a very short distance away!
The two-room apartment "Beccaccia" is on the second floor, with double bedroom, living room with sofa bed (single bed optional), bathroom with shower box, kitchen in another room than the living room, TV, infernet connection, windows overlooking the pool, private parking, use of swimming pool(May-October approx.) with sunbeds and umbrellas, use of grill.
All comforts are present and the strong point is the location: the house is surrounded by olive groves and countryside, but the direct access to the Via Emilia allows easy and convenient travel to the beaches and to all the cities of Art
