I have tried to make this apartment as comfortable as your own home only at the beach. NO CAR IS NEEDED TO STAY AT THIS AMAZING LOCATION This unit has two bedrooms and two baths. It can accommodate six people with a king bed and two Queen beds. There are plenty of closet and dresser space, a fully-equipped kitchen, color TV’s, and direct dial telephones. You’ll enjoy a private balcony, large living room and dining area. Our management office is on-premise for your assistance and to provide visitor information. After-hours check-in available. Siesta beach is recognized internationally for its fine powdery white sand — cool to walk on even in the heat of summer! Lounge chairs are provided for guests only. The beach has a gated entry. Covered parking spot and a nice BBQ area with tiki huts for shade. The Sea Shell is a smaller condo complex with a heated pool and sauna. Walk out your door onto the beach. Across the street is conveniently located, a grocery store, Deli, boat and bike rental ,ice cream and a karaoke nightclub. Downtown Sarasota and Lido key are a short drive away, offering culture in the theater ,arts and museums. Boating ,fishing and snorkeling are all amazing activities you can experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo!! The condo is the perfect location to go to and from the beach with ease. We have three boys, so this was a priority for us. It is also super close to Captain Curt’s and lots of shops for quick shopping and snacks. The owner had great communication with us and has thought of everything in her beautiful condo. We hope to return!

This was our first trip to Siesta Key, but it certainly won't be our last! This property was immaculate, beautifully decorated, well-maintained, and perfectly laid out. The towels and linens were high-quality and new. The beds were incredibly comfortable and I can't recall a time when we slept better on vacation. The location of the building was fabulous and you were only a few steps away from the sand. The laundry room was located right around the corner and included two washers and two dryers. During the week, I washed clothes and towels each night and never saw anyone else using the laundry room. It was clean and economical (2 to wash, 2 to dry). All the appliances looked brand new and high end. The television had oodles of channels and the ability to stream all the channels (Netflix, Disney, Hulu, Amazon, etc.). The pool was lovely, clean and uncrowded. The office staff were friendly and helpful. And the beach, the main attraction...absolutely stunning! The water was crystal clear and calm, shells were plentiful, and the other folks at the condo were friendly. We had the most marvelous time and we greatly appreciate Maria sharing her beautiful space with our family. If you are looking for a top-notch condo that is gorgeous and right on the beach, you can stop looking. You will not be disappointed! Thanks Maria! 3

One of my most favorite VRBOs ever. The host is one of the kindest, most detailed, responsive hosts ever! She wants you to love her place as much as she loves it! Best location in SK, the condo has new, top-of-the-line appliances and mattresses. Everything about it is premium quality. If you get the chance, this is where you want to be!

Sea Shell condo siesta Key review

My family had a great stay. The check-in was smooth and the condo met all of our expectations. The covered parking spot was an bonus especially with how hot it was during the day. We loved the short walks to the beach and the close proximity of a grocery store, restaurants, coffee and ice cream shops across the street.

Well worth the stay!

The unit is located seconds away from the silver sand beach and close to necessary places to dine and shop. A fantastic place to stay with a family and I would recommend this to anyone looking for sun, fun, and relaxation.

Great location nice unit. Good updates. Easy check in and Maria was super great with communication! Definitely would stay again! Rent umbrellas from Sammy’s beach bums to get some shade on the fabulous beach that’s steps away fun karaoke just across the street!

Nice property. Great location.

My family came down for a quick spring break vacation. Property is clean and in a great location. Beach access is fantastic. A little trouble with the checkin process but the owner and property manager handled promptly. Would definitely stay again

Amazing location

We live Siesta Key and this property did not disappoint! Great location, great amenities and a great condo. Well stocked and recently renovated. We’ve already booked for 2025.

Crescent beach vacation

We were a short 2 minute walk to the most beautiful beach! Easy access with little children to walk back for drinks/food/naps. The condo was just as pictured! Maria was super responsive and supplied great information about the surrounding area. If we ever make a trip back down we will definitely be staying here again!

Family vacation

The property was great and just as advertised. I had a couple of questions and Maria texted me right back with answers. The property was clean and nice and fully stocked with everything you need. I would highly recommend it to others.

Great Location, Nice Condo, Great owner/manager communication

We enjoyed our week in Siesta Key. Sea Shell was in a great location. The condo unit #104 was in great condition. It was nicely updated and well equipped. The beach was close and nearby restaurants were very convenient. We would have preferred a better view of the ocean, but we knew we didn't have that when we reserved it. Maria was a great host owner.

Lovely unit

Really enjoyed a few days at this lovely unit with my wife, daughter, son in law and 7 month old granddaughter. The condo is located yards from the beautiful gated beach. It is a short walk to dining, ice cream and music. The condo itself is clean and comfortable with a coffee maker and very nice bedrooms. I would go there again.

Great rental, fantastic location and even better owner!

This lovely unit is just steps off the sugar-white sands of Siesta Key and is in a premier South Village location, right across the street from a grocery and Captain Curt's, home to the country's best clam chowder and quite possibly the world's most entertaining Karaoke Fri-Sun eves. Maria, the owner, is quite accommodating and has really gone out of her way to create a warm and comfortable environment, furnished with everything her guests could need. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it. We will be back for sure!
