Happy Clam has just undergone a significant makeover and upgrade. It is better than ever!

Absolutely, amazing condo in a perfect location! Welcome to Happy Clam! Attention to detail throughout, clean, and relaxing. Perfect in every way! This newly remodeled gem is 1 block from the pure white sands of Siesta Key Beach and 1/2 block from Siesta Key Village. Where the gulf waters meet the sand and the sand meets the Village.

Swim in a beautiful heated pool at the complex designated for guests only. It is rarely crowded and conveniently located directly behind the condo.

Happy Clam is small but spacious with a fully stocked kitchen, if you choose to cook. If cooking is too much work then you are a very short walk to 26 restaurants in the Village where music and fun accompany some of the best fresh seafood, ethnic delights, and amazing ice cream.

And the Beach, it is a very short walk down the street from Happy Clam. Siesta Key Beach has just been rated again by "TripAdvisor" as the #1 beach in the USA and the #4 beach in the world. The Ultra-white 99% quartz sand is the best in the world. Never hot on your feet and silk-like in feel. Beach chairs, cart and umbrellas provided.

More fantastic restaurants a short drive away in Sarasota, just off the Key.

World-class shopping at St Armand's Circle, a quick 2O minutes away! It is an experience you will not want to miss. There is nothing like it!

Fabulous Siesta Key

This was our first time to Siesta Key but it certainly will not be our last. The rental property was so perfect in every aspect. The unit itself was just immaculate and decorated so beautifully. The kitchen had every utensil and item you could ever need. And the location could not be beat. We literally walked around the corner to all the restaurants and shops. Just a great trip all around. Highly recommended!

Great location!

The Happy clam did not disappoint! Very close to Siesta village and only about a block to the beautiful beaches. Super clean and comfortable with access to heated pool and laundry. We had a great stay and will definitely return.

Lovely home - Perfect location!

This property is beautiful, well equipped and in a perfect location to enjoy all that Siesta Key has to offer. We hardly ever drove the car because everything is within walking distance. The home is stocked full of every appliance or kitchen tool you could need. Everything was top notch and high quality. The hosts were a pleasure to communicate with and were kind. We plan to return!

Loved this place!

Clean, extremely convenient, and this place had anything and everything you could possibly need. From beach gear to kitchen items, it was fully stocked. We had a great time and would definitely recommend staying here.

Great Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at the property. It was very conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The house was very clean and very well supplied. We loved this condo! Beautifully decorated and appointed. Literally everything you need is there for you to use. Perfect for my wife & I. It’s proximity to the village and beach can not be matched. We would definitely like to stay here again when we come back to Siesta Key.

Week at the beach

This is our fourth stay at the Happy Clam. Certainly, the beaches on Siesta Key are some of the best there is. The unit is always meticulously maintained and has everything you need. The location is the best on the island, in my opinion, as both the beach and the village with restaurants are just a short walk. We have always enjoyed the option of rainy day activities being just a short drive away as well - such as the Mote Aquarium, movie theater, bowling and now Livingston’s Amusement.

The best place to stay in siesta key!

We can’t say enough about this property, it was clean and everything was brand new! Host was very nice and tentative and the location was perfect!!! If you’re thinking about staying in the area book this place!!!!

Happy Clam Does It Again!!!

This was our second stay at Happy Clam and just as amazing as the first! Super clean, bug free, close to everything (literally), kitchen is fully stocked, as well as the beach shed! You name it, they’ve thought of it. If you’re looking for the best place to stay on Siesta Key, this is it. We will definitely be booking again! ALSO, have fun trying to find all ten anchors. Excellent property

This wonderful space has everything you could possibly need and more!! Space, comfort, pool, and every cooking utensil and every piece of cookware you can think of and some you can't, like the indoor grill!! The fold out sofa is the most comfortable I have ever slept on...no bar in the middle and all memory foam! The hosts, Charlie and Sharen, have absolutely thought of everything! We will be back!!

First Trip to Siesta Key Village

We really enjoyed our stay at Happy Clam. It was very clean and close to the beach. Normally we don’t stay anywhere without a washer and dryer, but we used the coin operated laundry while at the pool on our last day. It was so nice to walk to restaurants and the sunset every night. Charlie and Sharen were great communicators, and I look forward to staying there again on the future.

In the Heart of ALL Siesta Key

We had an AMAZING time at this location. The property itself has every amenity you could need on a beach trip. Modern decor and appliances. Easy parking right next to the unit. The location is spectacular. A five minute walk to the beach and a two minute walk to every restaurant, shopping and conveniences that you may need while staying. The hosts were amazing. The couple of minor questions I had were answered within minutes. I cannot say enough. If you go to Siesta Key this is the place to stay.

Incredible “Pearl” in Siesta Key Village

Happy Clam is top notch and met all of our expectations. The organization of this VRBO was outstanding and has so many extras (beach gear, few extra toiletries etc) compared to other places we have stayed. The location is perfectly located in proximity to the restaurants/bars and the beach. We stayed right on strip during our last trip and wasn’t sure if we would like being off strip but it was the perfect combination for us.

Perfect location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the beautiful updated Happy Clam condo on Siesta Key! This is the third property we’ve stayed in at Village West and the nicest by far! Charlie and Sharen nailed the beachy/coastal casual look. Just a block from Siesta Key village and a few blocks from the beach, the property has a very inviting pool with plenty of lounge chairs onsite as well. It’s where very congenial owners and other guests met and visited. We felt very comfortable and welcomed there and are looking forward to our 2025 stay already!

Excellent rental car rates in this part of Florida all year round.

Sarasota (SRQ): A beautiful midsize city (Population 53,326) with great people, amazing culture, and wonderful food. Also many other wonderful islands, beaches, and communities to explore very nearby.

Once you arrive you will discover the best weather and beach right outside your door. Park your car, and you may find you will not need to use it again. Happy Clam sits in the heart of Siesta Key Village. A quaint beach community on the gulf. A quiet 1 block walk to the #1 beach in the USA. 1/2 block to great food and music. It could not be better.

You will have a private secluded heated pool available whenever you want to relax or get wet. The pool is located right behind Happy Clam.
