Good experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our stay was great. Good location, lovely house, very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. However, on street parking proposed an inconvenience, no access to washer/dryer, great kitchen with most things needed to cook but, there was no stock items like salt & pepper, sugar , seasonings , etc. Items I that I have always been available in other rentals. So if you plan to cook, bring everything you need.

This home is beautiful! And the location is great! Forsythe park was about a 5 minute walk. And shopping on River Street was maybe a 10 minute drive and the paid parking on River Street lots was very affordable. There were a lot of great places to eat all over savannah. We loved the history of the town. Even with the heat wave, it was worth going!

Great Location

Close to all the history/attractions!! Nice outdoor area. It was a great stay in a great home.

Girls weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The down stairs shower doesn’t work properly, and water is cold. The smaller bed seemed to be older mattress not the most comfortable. The court yard is not maintained well. Very messy dirty looking and pavers are tripping hazard. The location is about 20 min walk to downtown restaurant, I was under the impression it at least half of that. Miscommunication from management company. I know it’s an older home but it is very musty smelling also , if have any allergies to this probably not the place for you.

Great stay in Savannah

This property was exactly what I was looking for - something near downtown with a historic feel. The wood floors were beautiful, the check-in process was smooth, and we had plenty of room for the whole family (4 of us).

Amazing rental, perfect location

Had an amazing weekend. The house is well laid out and comfortable. Everything there is to do in Savannah is not a long walk away. Will definitely be staying again.

Wonderful stay!

My friends and I rented this property for my 50th birthday celebration. It was a lovely residence. We had a great time. Great house, great location, and wonderful time.

A Lovely Stay with Small Children

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mayor’s Quarters was a perfect home for our party of three adults and two small children. It was well located so we could walk to activities, and it’s easy to walk to the playground at Forsyth Park when little bodies need to move. Everything was clean and spacious and well furnished. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. A short walk to Kroger’s. We got along just fine without a car. We did use the DOT bus to go up to River Street—free and reliable.

Location

This place was amazing! It was within walking distance to everything we wanted to do and it was not on a main thoroughfare, so it was also easy for an uber to pick up our parents when they couldn’t walk anymore. The house was so comfortable and had everything we needed for a truly enjoyable weekend!

Sisters Trip 2024

Stayed for 4 glorious days. Property is nicely located to park, restaurants and even a Kroger all within walking distance! The outdoor space is nice and relaxing and the home is roomy and decorated to make you feel like you are in the old time era with all the modern conveniences.

Girls Trip

We enjoyed the location of the house and it was perfectly decorated. The downstairs shower didn’t get very warm so we all used one shower.

Lucky Savannah was great!

We really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately weather was cloudy and rainy so we enjoyed the house even more so we could stay in, have a real kitchen and room to spread out. We are all avid coffee drinkers so a new coffee maker would have been great since issues with one in house. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time. The management company was very friendly and responsive and thank you for this too!!

Perfectly Savannah!!

I could not have asked for a better experience! the house has the perfect southern charm with its claw foot tub, private bricked garden space, tall ceilings, wonderfully restored hardwood floors, fireplaces in every room, and the wonderful creaky floors and stairs. The location is perfect for walking around to explore the historic district and is just a short walk to many amazing restaurants and bars.
