Excelente experiencia

Estuve con mi familia, 6 adultos y 4 niños de 6 a 12 años de edad. La casa es hermosa, tal como la muestran las fotos, muy bien ubicada y en una zona tranquila, a 100 mts de la playa. Marieva es una gran anfitriona, respondió siempre mis mensajes con eficiencia. La recomiendo y volvería…

Amazing stay

We stayed with our family over Thanksgiving holiday. The management was super helpful. Easy to get a hold of, house was immaculate. Beds were super comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. The location near the beach was amazing.

Great getaway

The place is perfect for multi-family trips . I traveled with elderly family members and the elevator was excellent . The beach was amazing the weekend I stayed, very private beach entry that allows you to enjoy the beach without the crowds . The place was equipped with cookware and towels . Thank you

Major issues

This property is decent but has major issues The property is in a decent neighborhood but the beach it is close to is not great. Limited physical square footage of beach. The house itself was overall relatively clean but the trash cans outside had not been emptied in a while and were overflowing with maggots and smelt terrible. When we arrived the fire alarms were going off and went off for aprx 2 hours as we waited for someone from the property to arrive and after waiting for 2 hours we had to call the fire department. Once the fire department came and took off most of the fire alarms we were still plagued by 2 remaining alarms that kept beeping during our stay. The microwave didn’t work for half of the trip. The grill didn’t work at all. We had to call and ask for more paper towels(only provided 1 roll for 8 people for 4 days). The cable didn’t work at all so the only way to watch tv is to log into your own streaming account. All of the bicycles are old and a little rusty looking but two of them didn’t work and 1 of those my husband got on and the brakes didn’t work. Thankfully he figured it out before he went too fast and caused an injury. My family definitely would never return to the property.

Perfect location and house!

Sometimes it’s hard to find that perfect place on Vrbo, but this is definitely it! Literally steps to the beach! Everything was really clean and the beds were very comfortable. The host was very attentive and responsive. If I could give us more than five stars, I would!

Race Weekend

The house was very spacious and kitchen well stocked. Communication prompt and friendly. Villa is in a nice neighborhood close to the beach and is very quiet. Chains were rusted on bikes, so we were not able to use them. Tiki Tiki was a nice restaurant that was in walking distance.

Family Get Away

It was a beautiful property, worked out well. There was 8 of us and still and extra room left. We BBQ'd at the property and was also in walking distance to the beach. Close to the boardwalk. Close to Miami and Palm Beaches - worked out perfect for us (as well as close to the airport).

Beach Gulfstream trip

Great location and property. Block and one half to beach. Walking path to get to Boardwalk with restaurants. Property nice and pretty well stocked, could use a few more basics. Low on toilet paper and trash bags, but a great place.

Nice Place

This is a perfect place for a family gathering. The unit has large clean rooms and nice bathrooms. The kitchen area is well suited for gathering, however you will need to bring all your necessities to cook a large meal. Beach and broadwalk access are very convenient

Disappointed

The floor plan for this property was perfect for my family. My disappointment developed when I discovered an hour before my arrival that the dishwasher was not working. According to the host, the dishwasher stopped working after the last guests’ visit. The dishwasher not working may not seem like a significant concern for some, but for me, it was substantial. I’m a veteran educator who has spent the last two and half years navigating through some of the most challenging times of my career, so I needed this family vacation. Hand washing dishes for a family of eight for five days seemed cruel. The host apologized for the inconvenience but could not offer any solutions; instead, I was informed the dishwasher would be replaced after my visit. Also, to my surprise, the rooftop grill was not working. That was also a bummer. After not getting a resolution from the property host, I reached out to Vrbo, which was a total waste of time. After being placed on hold for almost three hours, I was told that Vrbo didn’t own the property and there was nothing that Vrbo could do to rectify the situation. My family and I had been looking forward to this trip For six months.

Relaxing and fun family getaway

Our stay in Hollywood, FL, was everything we hoped for. The home was located in a cute and quiet neighborhood within a two minute walk to the beach and had everything we needed! The home itself was impeccably clean, had ample space, and a fantastic rooftop deck! Marieva, our host, was easily accessible, friendly, and very responsive. I would highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway that’s a hop, skip, jump away from the action! You won’t regret it.

Beautiful home

This house is just as beautiful as the listing. We had a party of eight ( 4 couples), the house worked out perfect. Had everything we needed for meals. The beach was so close , the home everything you need for the beach. I would definitely stay again.

Great location for family

We stayed with our children and one set of grandparents. The property features a nice layout for everyone to comfortably have their own space while remaining connected. The proximity to the beach and the beach “gear” provided made it very convenient to enjoy the sun and sand.

Pure perfection!

I dare say this is our most fat favorite property we’ve ever stayed at. I had my family of 10 here from Minnesota and Tennessee for under a week. We all had the best time! Just to name a few things because I really could go on for a very extended review, the home was set up perfectly for this size of a group, we all had our own space but could come together in the kitchen for meals but still not feel like we’re on top of one another. Location is perfect, the walk to the beach is a piece of cake and it’s a lovely beach down at the end of the road, and the house had access to all the beach blankets and chairs we would need! To say it was clean is an understatement, I have stayed in hundreds of properties, this had been the cleanest I’d have experienced, ever! Marieva is a dream to work with…. She responds quickly to texts and emails, providing the most excellent customer service! We used the excellent kitchen to cook most of our meals in however you can walk or bike ride to wherever you need to go. The Hollywood Boardwalk is just right down the street so it just really makes it the most ideal location! Quiet too, Oh, and I forgot to mention the wonderful rooftop patio and elevator that we’re both truly a luxury to have! We won’t hesitate to rent this lovely home out again, Marieva thanks for everything!
