This beautiful home features 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 3 living areas (one with a fireplace), a wood-paneled dining room that also serves as a home theater with a projector and a concealed large screen, a kitchen with dining area and all amenities (stove, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso machine, all cookware, dishes, and utensils), a laundry room with an iron and ironing board, a separate office/study, and a walk-in closet.
There are 2 balconies with seating areas off the bedrooms, as well as multiple outdoor sitting and lounge areas.

The bedrooms are fully furnished and also include writing desks. The bathrooms feature showers and hair dryers. Shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are provided free of charge.

Guests can access the internet using the complimentary wireless connection.

The property features a large garden, direct access to Lake Mondsee, and a boathouse equipped with a rowboat and a stand-up paddleboard. It also features a mini basketball court, a ping-pong table, and a separate small house for creative hobbies such as painting. Croquet, bicycles, a soccer net, and a badminton net are also available. Secure parking is available in the garden.

Towel and bedsheet changes can be requested. Housekeeping is provided upon request.

Furthermore, all guests must register their stay with the local municipality of Mondseeland and pay a daily tax of 3.10 euros per night, which goes directly to the municipality. A link to their website will be provided. Children under the age of 15 are exempt from this tax.
