Great corner unit! We loved having such a spacious balcony with great views! We ate all of our meals and drank morning coffee on the balcony in the shade! We loved this unit and plan to return.

The place was ok. Check in was marred by not being able to get a response to request for help until the next day. The next day she merely said she was busy. No instructions on how to get onto the beach. One patio door was hard on my back to open . The tv was out dated and needed replaced…and was 3 or 4 days.into our stay. The decor sort of children’s art collage was not pleasant. When we got help it was excellent. I am not sure if we would stay there again

Hi Mr. Frederick, Most guests staying in our condo use VRBO messaging which provides an alert that a guest needs assistance. I apologize that I did not receive your voicemail until late but I did return your call asap the next morning. We also replaced the TV immediately but you did not realize it was new until the maintenance man returned to the condo for the second service call request during your stay. I responded promptly to every inquiry and request you placed and would have been happy to provide any answers or guidance to any question asked. I don't recall you inquiring about directions to the beach and I hate to hear that was an issue for you. We appreciate all of the guests that choose to stay at Crystal Shores 807 and the goal is for all to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We hope you will consider us for any future trips to Gulf Shores.

Great condo on the beach!

Crystal shores is a great building on the beach! Our condo this year was great in all ways possible! We all ready booked the same room for next year can’t wait!

Just what we needed

This property was in a great location and low density so beach wasn’t too crowded. Close to many things and great size for our family! Would come back to this condo if we choose to come back to gulf shores.

Adorable condo, beautiful beach location

We thoroughly enjoyed Tom’s condo! It was decorated with super fun artwork, very clean, & the balcony was relaxing with a beautiful view of the ocean! Thank you for sharing your condo! We’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely Fabulous

Very clean, accommodating, home away from home, close to everything. This was the best condo rental I have stayed with. The condo was inviting and gorgeous. I will definitely book here again. Thank you to the owner, you are great!!

Great condo

The kitchen and rest of the condo was very well equipped with everything we needed. Size was prefect for our family of 4. Condo location was fantastic and loved being on the corner.

Great Property

Our family stayed for a week and enjoyed everything about the property. The smaller number of units made getting a spot on the beach and riding the elevator so much easier. The unit was clean and the art was a fun addition. Thanks so much for a great place to stay. We will definitely be back!

Our condo was well equipped- plenty of kitchen items and bath towels. It was roomy. The only drawback was the outdoor pool was small. Close to restaurants and attractions

First time in Gulf Shores

Condo was great! Location was excellent! Check in process was seamless! We had a great time. Great view from our room!! Not a negative but tv's are small and no movie channels. Everything worked and we enjoyed our stay tremendously!! Thank you very much!! We look forward to staying here again!

Relax vacation

The VIEW!!!!! The property is clean and has all necessarily items. The mattress in the master bedroom is really noise. No locker for the beach stuff. Will stay again.

Excellent stay

If I could give this property 5+ stars, I would!!! The views are the absolute best!!!! The balcony is so spacious! We enjoyed many dinners listening to the waves. The condo is right on the beach and doesn’t require a lot of walking to find your perfect spot. The condo was very spacious for our family of 4. The kitchen was fully equipped and the washer/dryer was so nice to have!! This is one of the cleanest properties that we have stayed in. Location was perfect. There’s a little grocery store across the street which is super convenient. We have already talked about returning here next year. We absolutely loved it!!

Great condo

Had a great time. Perfect weather, beautiful condo, nice building. Easy walk to downtown, but far enough away. Owners were great about deposit mistake on my part. My wife thought the exercise area was great, one morning watching the dolphins while she worked out. The second bedroom/bathroom was perfect for the two 18 year old boys in the group. Everyone loved all the artwork. We will be back as soon as we can. Tom and Jane, Thanks for the use of your condo.

Steve, Thank you all for choosing our unit... very much appreciated. Jane used to be an art dealer and all of those pieces are from artist she personally knows and worked with at some point. Glad your wife enjoyed the work out room as it is one of the best on the beach especially given the size of our complex. It is pretty spectacular to be able to walk on a treadmill AND watch dolphins at the same time. Hope to see you folks back again some day! Tom & Jane
