Come stay in sunny St. George, enjoy the spectacular views of the Red Cliffs and Snow Canyon from the balcony. When you stay here it is much more than a hotel room. This condo features a comfortable king size bed and Queen sofa sleeper, fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, which you can enjoy indoors or out on the balcony, a washer/dryer, and two flat screen TV's with DVD player.
Also included is access to Las Palmas Spa which includes 3 outdoor pools and one indoor pool, exercise facilities, basketball court and pickle ball court.
Enjoy your days hiking or biking in nearby Snow Canyon or Zion National Park or plan a day trip to Bryce National Park, Arches National Park, Cedar Breaks, Capital Reef National Park, Lake Powell, or even the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Night time entertainment could include taking in a show at St. George's famous outdoor Tuacahn Theater, gambling or dining in Mesquite Nevada only 30 mins away, or have fun on the Las Vegas Strip 90 mins away. For a quieter evening simply relax on the balcony and enjoy the city lights.

St. George is also a well known golf destination where you can play golf year round, with over a dozen courses located within a short drive.

Great stay at Las Palmas

Stayed here while volunteering for Huntsman Senior Games. Location is perfect. Since it was crowded, it was nice to be able to park in front of garage and have guaranteed spot. Loved the pool right across the building (at clubhouse), which also had a good gym. The kitchen had everything you would need (electric kettle, lots of dishes, plus syran wrap, foil and spices). Big bathroom with lots of towels. Favorite part was the balcony that faced north. Great view and wonderful place to eat dinner or have a drink. Host was very responsive when we have a few basic questions.

Fun place for a long weekend!

Good communications from the host. Kitchen seemed well stocked, although we didn't cook. Comfortable bed with plenty of extra blankets and towels.

Expensive cleaning fees with lots of chores.

Bed was comfy and it’s at a great location. Lots of room for a one bedroom. Great views of snow canyon and the red rocks. But, with how much the cleaning fees were there was a lot of chores. For that price I would expect to take out the trash and turn off the lights.

cozy and clean

We stayed here last January and it was great; so here we are this year. Very easy and no surprises. The bed is comfortable and the view is stunning. This condo has everything you could want for a couple. Thanks again.

Place has bed bugs

After the firt nite we started noticing a bug bite or two. Thought maybe from being outside. Last day we left arms back and head had bites. Can send pictures if necessary.

Easy to find and great location. Easy drive to Zion and Snow Canyon is a must see when you are in town.

Great place to stay

The owner communicated with us quickly once we reserved our place. Later we had a question and they responded w/in 30 minutes. The A/C worked so well. Our place stayed cool the whole time. Nice bed. Huge bathroom. Kitchen had everything that we needed. This time we didn't use the pools but we have before. The pools, hot tubs, pickle ball courts and basketball courts are great. We love to stay here. Located close to Tuacahn. Also only a few minutes from the interstate. Very close to Tifiny's crepes! Perfect place for our weekend get away.

Perfect for families!

The condo was great! It was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, etc. We cooked several days. The condo is next door to a roller skating & ninja play area which was great for my kids.

Awesome family getaway

We loved staying here! The facilites were amazing with so many amenities and several different pools with different depths. The condo was clean and well stocked and agnes was super responsive and easy to work with.

Perfect and Comfortable Condo

Loved this cute condo! It is exactly as described and very homy and comfortable! The pool and property grounds were amazing! Agnes was easy to work with and very helpful! The only downfall was we had to leave..... would have loved to stay another week... but we will be back and stay here again!

Great experience!

We were very happy with the prompt and helpful communication from the owner. When one of our family members was accidentally locked out of their condo (different owner), I reached out to Agnes and she promptly offered suggestions. Definitely going above and beyond! The condo was very clean and spacious. Counter space and storage space in the bathroom were excellent. Bed and linens were super comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. We were very happy with this condo, and had several wonderful days visiting Zion, Bryce, and other attractions.

Great location in St.George

We really enjoyed our stay at Las Palmas Resort. It was well stocked with all the necessary amenities and had several beautiful pool options. The location is fabulous. Lots of options for stores and restaurants in any direction.

Excellent Home Base for Exploring Southern Utah

The condo was roomy, clean and well-equipped with everything we needed - and more! We were able to explore all the best parts of Southern Utah within an hour’s drive. So nice to spend the day adventuring and return back to this cozy condo. Agnes, the owner, was informative, prompt and kind in all communications. We will definitely stay here again when we are in St. George.
