NEWLY UPGRADED Beautiful One Bedroom, One Bath, Sports Village Condo

This clean and relaxing condo is all you need to enjoy beautiful Southern Utah. This condo is beautifully furnished, sleeps four comfortably, with a washer, and dryer, and is close to a large number of activities.

The clubhouse has plenty of activities for your family. It has a family pool and an adult-only pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, racquetball, basketball, play areas for the kids, and shuffleboard.

The condo is near shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and other activities such as hiking, biking, mountain biking, and running trails.

The condo is a short driving distance to amazing National Parks; Zion and Bryce. Several State Parks, Snow Canyon, Quail Creek, Sand Hollow, Gunlock Reservoir, and Beaver Dam. Tuacahn Amphitheatre is within a 15-minute drive of the condo.

The condo is on the 3rd floor. It has one flight of stairs with an inside entrance.

Great place to stay!

This is the perfect affordable place to stay for a weekend baseball tournament plenty of room for the 3 of us plus it has a clubhouse with multiple activities to do if you have spare time

Great location

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Didn’t realize it was on the third floor. Lots of steps. Had a little difficulty figuring out how to use the TV. Very roomy condo. The location was ideal for all our activities. Would like to return sometime for more sightseeing.

Quick weekend in St George

It was exactly as described in listing. We didn't need a big place, so a one bed with a pull out couch was perfect. And we just needed a stove, stove top, microwave and frig for our meals. Is the unit a little dated? Sure...but that didn't matter to us. Nice having two sinks in the bathroom and water pressure for the shower was very good. Bed was comfy and so was the couch. We enjoyed using the gym and pools, especially the 18+ pool area. If we had time, would have loved to play mini golf or shuffleboard. The resort has very nice amenities. We had a couple questions about using the pool and the covered parking (which was nice from the sun), and the manager got back to us right away. We will definitely consider using this place again when we return to St George.

This property has many activities to choose from. It’s older but they are trying to keep it up. Nice pool area great common areas. The condo was very dated. A few things were broken.(blender, hand mixer, toilet paper holder) It did have lots of supplies but probably wouldn’t stay in the condo again until updated.

Perfect Place

It was a great stay, it was a perfect distance to all the things we wanted to see and do!!! We loved having the pool there to cool off and tan!! Overall it had everything we needed for the 5 days we were there!!

Our Stay

We stayed at Rachael’s place for the month of February and found it to be very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The condo was also stocked with some essentials like paper towels, toilet paper which was very thoughtful. All things considered; we had a very nice stay. We did have several questions about how the thermostat worked and the directions on the TV setup, tried to reach Rachael twice by phone leaving voicemail messages and once by text but unfortunately received no response. We figured out the thermostat but not the TV. The directions we found did not seem to apply to the current setup, there were multiple remotes, the DVD player and sound system were not connected. It was a bit frustrating when trying to watch TV. Perhaps a list of which streaming/stations/passwords could be provided. Finally, we noticed that a few things need some attention: kitchen sink faucet spray is broken/hose doesn’t retract; all the drawers on the bedroom dresser are broken and will fall out if you pull it all the way open; the bath tub faucet is very hard to pull out when turning on the shower; toilet paper holder is broken; furnace air filter needs to be replaced as it was very dirty; the windows were very hard to open in both the bedroom and living room.

We like the property

An older property but certainly served our needs for the most part. Many stairs to climb for a pair of 80 year old people. But we would do it again & probably will next winter. LR
